Late New Year’s post! Unfortunately I could only put in order the months January-October on here. As I reflect on this past year, the main words that come to my mind are trust and faithfulness. There have been many times this year that I have lacked trust in my maker. Yet, time and time again He has shown Himself to be true and faithful to His promises. He is faithful friends. Some things I am thankful for in this year are: chances to serve the Lord in Discipleship and church, sweet friendships new and old, getting through another year in nursing school, my family, energy, my sweet boyfriend, and health. Truly, there are even more things than these to be thankful for! God has grown me so much in this year to trust His faithfulness, and I know I will still forget it again. However, I am thankful for a Heavenly Father that I do not have to earn love from. Goodbye to 2023 and here’s to 2024! 🎉
1 Thessalonians 5:24 “He who calls you is faithful and He will do it.” Praise the Lord for His faithfulness!!!
