On 12th February the outstanding BACKJUMPS 1994-2000 book set was officially launched at @fotografiska.berlin by @backjumps and @bald.books. I was invited to share thoughts and expertise on the realization together with @ruedigerglatz, @manuelosterholt as @superblast and @lukasfeireiss. It was a pleasure to exchange knowledge and opinions on stage with such a top notch line-up! Thanks to @flrn_gmmrch and @paloma.frau for organzing the night and @juliaschoiererphotography as @sneakerqueen for capturing these special moments!

Klick Klack Magazine 3 – The Last Issue
Now available at www.hitzerot.com

Eleven years after their previous volume the Klick Klack magazine from Munich is back for a very last issue. After the team published the outstanding conceptual The Munich Issue (2010) and 32 Notes on Graffiti (2014) the magazine disappeared from the radar but only to come back with a blast in the last days of 2025.

This time the excellent curated content was fitted in a high quality printing product with a slightly structured silver cover and white screen print on it, a piece of art on on its own. Contrary to today’s common consumption of graffiti, whether on printed or social media, The Last Issue comes around the corner with almost 50% of text and illustrative content next to another half of photographic writing related pages like photo essays by SONICK, KARE and the Berlin based HUZKIES.

Whether intensively following the thoughts of SPAIR and NICK in their 9-paged dialogue special or reading the I AM SOMEBODY chapter on posing in the world of hip hop and graffiti featuring Diana Weis and Moritz Ege: the new issue is everything but skimming through and putting on your shelf within ten minutes. The Klick Klack team delivers well needed food for thought content on 72 pages and shifts your attention to interesting points of view instead of a flood of usual graff photos and action stories.

We are happy to be able to offer copies of this refreshing limited to 500 pieces print product in our shop and recommend getting it when you like to dive a little deeper into your most beloved topic.

Table of contents

THE LAST ISSUE is out and available in a limited edition of 500 copies and can be ordered via the link in our bio!

The third part of our trilogy contains 72 pages, featuring specials by SONIK ( @blok.102 ), KARE, and the HUZKIES crew, as well as a conversation about style with NICK ( @kcingofvoid ) and SPAIR. The issue brings together essays, scientific analyses, and image studies that explore writing culture and the essential details at its core.

Echoing the Whole Earth Catalog and the tradition of printed media as tools for knowledge and research, this deliberately crafted print publication moves through digital forensics, intersections of biology and technology, and questions surrounding the institutionalization and documentation of graffiti from multiple perspectives. The issue is rounded out by a cultural analysis of the ongoing practice of poser photos in graffiti and beyond.

Thank you for the high level of interest and all the pre-orders, the magazines are on their way! More images and updates from the release dropping over the next few days.
