KJ (finally) does F+S!!🩵🍂✨

My body finally feels recovered but my heart is still full—5 years of Krop, 5 years since the first time I shopped here, and 5 years of vendor friends asking “are you doing Field + Supply?!” it finally felt right✨ biggest thanks to @fieldandsupply for making me part of the cool kids and even bigger thanks to my chick @flora_vintage_ for the best booth sharing weekend full of clowning around and cackle laughs🥰🤡🧙🏼‍♀️👯‍♀️💕💕

And to everyone who made this an even more memorable weekend by shopping Krop thank YOU!!! Upstate folks really know how to wear fall KJ😘🤎🩵💙🍂

Thank you @fieldandsupply for having us to your beautifully curated market and for bringing in both the cutest customers and puppies this side of the Hudson.

I was also able to meet and hangout with so many of the new vendors we are going to be carrying in the shop in Millbrook!

People always ask if I’m a photographer. I’m not a photographer but I do use a camera and I know how to model and I have planned photoshoot productions and I’m a very visual person and I do content shoots regularly and I actually photographed an event last weekend upstate that I got hired for but no I’m not a photographer…

Maybe I’m just a woman who likes to use her camera and is okay at it. 😉

A lot of my platforms @locals_closet and @locals.world is about shining a light on incredible brands that I admire and the camera becomes one of many mediums

Meet KC of @kropjeans 💙

We found Krop Jeans at @poundridgeflea and had to hear the story behind the one-of-a-kind pieces.

Krop Jeans gives new life to old denim, but just like the denim itself, there’s a lot of love and life behind every piece.

Every garment is personally sourced and hand-dyed by KC, who sees the marks, stains, holes, and distressing of vintage denim not as imperfections, but as proof that each piece has already lived a life.

Her love for vintage denim started young, thrifting with her grandma and learning to recognize quality by the feel of the fabric and the labels inside. Years later, that same passion became Krop Jeans, born from a desire to create fashion that is better for people and the planet.

Every “Kropified” piece is completely unique, with KC putting her whole heart into giving old denim a new look and a new life.

This is the kind of local story we love finding. ✨

My favorite way to kick off September will always be with @poundridgeflea Labor Day market🌞🍂🩵

After bopping around all summer it’s always the sweetest day of a “welcome home” seeing so many friends and familiar faces🥰✨ we also somehow always get lucky with the most AMAZING weather and that absolutely led to a record turnout this year! Huge thank you and congrats to Lisa @thecottageny who has put up with my late arrivals for 5 years now😂💕💕💕

This long weekend also had an extra special bonus with celebrating my day 1 bestie @laurendoherty bach weekend in LBI (there’s nothing like a hard pivot from bachelorette-ing to business-ing) but it was the best way to unofficially end summer ‘26🏖️🍾🕺💅🏼🌅😴
