🪷CHALLENGE ANNOUNCEMENT🪷
Aug 29 - 2 Sep
#CirceOFFtheMat

Yoga provides many benefits on the mat, but the most transformative are those we are able to take off the mat and into our lives. Over the next 5 days we’ll focus on showing compassion for ourselves, others and the planet, acknowledging our impact on the world and trying to live in a more sustainable way - limiting our resources and being mindful of what we buy and consume.

This being said, our line up is honouring this in quite literally taking our practice (lifting our limbs) off the mat! Limiting our resources and allowing the body part on the mat to be enough 🙏🏻

Join us in increasing our mind, body & soul connection!

🧘🏼‍♀️Line-up
Day 1- one hand on the ground (side plank , handstand by the wall, two legged dog,Fallen Triangle...)

Day 2 - two hands on the ground (arm balance, lizards...)

Day 3 - one leg on the ground (tree, warrior 3...)

Day 4 - two legs on the ground (mountain, standing twist...)

Day 5 - no limbs on the ground ( boat, bow, locust...)
