Back stage show day! That first photo has to be my fav shot of this past year. It gives me old school vibes from back in the day and I absolutely love it 👏🏼🥹

First week running my new offseason improvement split. 🏋🏽‍♂️

After the @ocbyortoncup , the focus has shifted toward making meaningful improvements before stepping onstage again, based on the judges’ feedback I received. 📑

This is a look at my some of the exercises from my first upper-body session of the new training block. Definitely looking forward to seeing how the program progresses over the coming months!

One session at a time. 📈

Posing doesn’t come natural. Just like anything, it takes repetition and it takes work. And I’m still working and still growing! But many of you ask how I got started and what my posing looked like, I had NO clue what I was doing tbh lol but I kept at it and love how far I have come in the past year!

I had to kill the excuses.
I had to kill the self-doubt.
I had to kill the need for instant gratification.
I had to kill the habit of choosing comfort over discipline.
I had to kill the mindset of “I could never do that.”
I had to kill the version of me who wanted extraordinary results but wasn’t willing to make extraordinary changes.

30% body fat to 12.2%.

The biggest transformation wasn’t physical. It was becoming the person capable of achieving what I once thought was impossible.

I had to become someone who kept promises to himself, showed up when motivation disappeared, and chose discipline over comfort every single day.

The body changed because the mindset changed. 🔥

It’s a wonderful thing to see your children set goals and accomplish them. I’m beyond proud of my Son and so grateful to God that both of my children are better than me. If you want your body right and tight hit up my son @kdgetsbusy . They’re carving Diamonds over there.💎

I made it to peak week!!

This journey has been full of such ups and downs but I get to present all my hard work in 7 days! Huge shoutout to @kdgetsbusy for putting me through this with such grace, my prep was far from perfect but I couldn’t have picked a better person to walk me through it. My friends and my mom were so supportive when I know at first they were thinking I was crazy for wanting to do bodybuilding. So many times I just wanted to give up when I thought I wasn’t ready for this but I’m so glad I pushed through and made it to the finish line. Gonna go have fun and get feedback so I can come back even harder next time!
