#necessarytalk At our MS Skills & Drills Clinic (NYC), we had some of the area’s young hoopers in the gym. As always, we brought in a few “old heads” to pour into the next generation. This time, @aaliyah.l.lewis of @lay.a.brick.everyday - a former Division I assistant — now a high school coach and a small guard who’s lived it — spoke directly to a 5th grader attendee (@kdior_official ) and reminded her: • Her toughness is her edge. • Her size is not a setback. • Her superpower is how she uses what she does have to beat bigger defenders. Real development isn’t about “looking the part.” It’s about embracing what makes you unique… understanding your strengths… working hard, enjoying the game… and learning how to maximize YOUR game. Big thanks to @ogfuneral and entire @aimeleondore team for the continued support. 📱 | @trippie._ashleyy

#playbig 📍BIG & TALL CLINIC — 🗽 (Part II) Developing the next wave of frontcourt players. This weekend was all about the work that separates high school players from future college student-athletes — the details most skip, but college coaches demand. From finishing at the rim and playing off two feet, to scoring out of pick & roll sets, mastering the up & under, and sealing in transition — every rep mattered. This wasn’t about highlights… it was about habits. Because when footwork meets focus — that’s when potential turns into production. To the athletes who showed up ready to learn and compete — your effort, energy, and willingness to be coached stood out. You trusted the process, embraced discomfort, and proved that growth happens in the details. That’s the kind of commitment college coaches look for. A huge thank you to our volunteers, coaches, and staff who made this event possible — your time, energy, and passion are the reason these athletes got better. And we’re not done yet — one more week of work is on deck. The foundation’s been laid… now it’s time to build on it. 🔥 💪🏽𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬: @amber___lewis10 @janaothman2026 #zariaheatley @karis_moody #kimgautho #oliviacelaj #arieannaharrison #yamiletjimenez 🙌🏽𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬: @basketball.matus.fam @sashaschoenborn @erikaporterr #ashleycolon @kdior_official Big thanks to @ogfuneral & the entire ALD crew for their support!
