It’s taken me about five months, but this past week, we spread Margo’s ashes in Fire Island. It was a beautiful moonlit night, and I was finally able to let go. She was by my side for 14 years. I loved her and she loved me. We did life together. Puppy years, jobs, travel, Covid, driving across the country together and back, and endless trips to the dog park. Margo was there with me from bartending to Broadway. Having to let her go was the hardest moment of my life, but we gave each other everything we had up until the last moment. I could not have asked for a better companion to walk with everyday. I will never forget Margo. We had an army of friends and family that helped us along the way. If you ever stayed with her, walked her, took her to the park, or just thought of her…my gratitude is beyond words. Thank you for helping me give her a life full of love. ❤️Margo Alix 1/16/12 - 4/9/26 ❤️

✨ Broadway Bares 2026 : License To Strip ✨

I am always so honored to participate in this show and fundraiser for Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS. Dancing alongside so many talent performers, getting done-up by incredible hair and makeup artists, and the generosity of the crew that gets this show going is what makes me want to be a part of the magic. And this year we raised over $2.5 MILLION!! A huge thank you to everyone who donated to my page, bought tickets, and supported our efforts this year! 🙌🏽🫶🏽🤩

Reuniting with old friends and making new ones is what community is all about. There a magic during Bares that’s incredible to experience and witness. John Alix and Khadija had us rocking out in our villainous characters of the iconic Carmen Sandiego. It’s such a blessing to be surrounded by so much joy, love, and artistry!

Congrats to us all and you for helping to make a difference in the lives of others! 💖

Basement Diaries: Julylights: I was mesmerized by A GUARDIAN AND A THIEF, so I invited @megha.maj to see our play and she signed the book in our dressing room(!!!) Read it: a harrowing, ironic, gut-punching tale of a mother and son in India attempting entry to the USA.
+ so many jewels this month stepping in to story-tell with such gusto and nuance + heart-y visitors

a couple weeks behind, but finally recovered from Broadway Bares 🙃 i never wanna take for granted that I get to do what I love while helping raise money for such an important cause!! thank you to everyone who donated to my fundraiser, shared my posts, sent encouragement, or came to cheer us on. your generosity helped make a real difference ♥️

endlessly grateful to @jammyprod & @nkenkel for creating & producing something that is equal parts sexy, joyful, ridiculous, exhausting, emotional, and full of so much love!! this was my fifth year performing in this massive show, and I still can’t quite put into words what it feels like to be surrounded by so many wildly talented, generous (& hot too!!!) humans all coming together for something so much bigger than ourselves

a giant congrats to @kellenstancil & @thechoreographedmom for directing another record breaking year!! big big props to stage manager extraordinaire @johnny__milani !! bravo to the entire creative team, choreographers, costumers, crew, hmu teams, photographers, and every single performer who pours their heart into making this show what it is!!

last but definitely not least, all the love to @johnalix & @kdja030 for building such a fun number and creating the warmest rehearsal room!! the best part of bares is always the community and I’m so glad mine grew this year with Team Carmen ♥️

Baby’s second Bares!!!
This year was such a joy. There is no space more freeing, accepting, sexy, beautiful, kind. It’s such an honor every time.
Thank you endlessly to @kellenstancil for including me, directing this brilliant show, and being our truly fearless leader. To my Opening Top Secret team, thank you all for being your brilliant selves and SHOWING OUT on that stage. ❤️❤️
