Year 1/3 ✅️

Sure! I totally get it. sleep deprivation affects us all, so I'd be happy to write a caption for your end-of-semester Instagram post! 💪📚

Wow! What a year! Firstly, I want to thank my friends and family for supporting me throughout my first year in college. I truly couldn't have done it without any of you! 🫶 Whether I was at Salt, school or even home on some weekends, I definitely felt the love of the Lord through my brothers and sisters in Christ around me, and I'm very thankful for all the ways he convicted me and drew me closer to Him over this past year. I can't wait to do it all again next fall, but in the meantime, have a great summer everyone! I'll miss you!

If you'd like, I can make it sound more sincere and less stereotypical for a basic college student who sucks at time management. Just give me the word, and I'll crank that out for you! 😎🤝

2025 Recap 🥹🫶
.
.
.

Whether I was running, jumping, flipping, diving, climbing, falling, learning, crying, or figuring out how to survive college, I was constantly reminded throughout the year that I am a beloved child of God who won't be let go regardless of whether or not I feel like He's holding me.

I couldn't have asked for a better crowd of friends and family to remind me of this while the I was tossed around by the waves of graduating high school and starting college as a legal adult, and for that im super grateful to my heavenly father who truly does give good gifts.

Shoutout my C group guys, Iowa City crew, and family for bearing through another year with me, and I cant wait to do it all again til the day Christ returns. 😁

Happy New Year!!! 🥳🥳

Dear Philip,

From the moment I met you, you haven't gotten any closer to being normal/sane. That being said, i cant say im surprised we've been friends for all these years, but I will say im grateful. God gave you a disproportionately large heart, and you've never failed to make us smile and let us know how much you love us. Im forever thankful that I get to have you as a brother in Christ, and I cannot wait to see what He has planned for you in your future in the Coast Guard. Know that ill be praying for ya, and i wish you the best dude 🥹
