First step energy by @drinkstormenergy ⚡️

Move sooner 🔜
Stop sooner 🛑

Pickleball is a game of bending and controlling time on the court. Don’t rob yourself of time by smoking in the lobby and then running through your shot. Go. Stop. Go.

The last three months of pickleball have been something special.

When my buddy Mason introduced me to Kristin and mentioned she was looking for a mixed doubles partner, I had no idea it would turn into such a great run. From the very first time we played, we clicked.

Before meeting Kristin, I had already started leaning into the strategic side of pickleball. Slowing the game down, dinking more, being patient, understanding the chess match that happens at the kitchen line. But playing with Kristin took my game to another level.

One of the biggest things she taught me was to hunt the ball.

Playing the left side in mixed doubles is different. She pushed me to be aggressive, cover the middle, and even slide into her side if the ball set up better for my forehand than her backhand. At first that was a big shift for me since I had mostly been playing men’s doubles. But she kept reminding me, “You’re quick and you’re good… but you’re not dangerous yet.”

That stuck with me.

And honestly, she was right. Once I started hunting the ball, everything changed. I became stronger in the middle, more aggressive on putaways, and forced opponents to hit better shots to stay away from me.

Beyond the strategy, the best part has been the community. Noah’s Monday night league at the club was an absolute blast, and through Kristin I met so many great players and expanded my pickleball circle.

Kristin, I’m incredibly grateful for the partnership, the lessons, and the laughs. You helped transform my game in a way I can truly feel every time I step on the court.

Here’s to an amazing three months… and hopefully another run together in the future.

Thanks Mason for making the introduction and Thanks Noah for a legendary MNL season. 🙌

📢Part Two of the Female Pickleball Power Players is LIVE — and the timing feels right. The conversation around female athletes and the recognition they deserve is louder than ever. This one is for the competitors* 🏓

🏆 Comment PLAY and I’ll send you the link in your DMs.

We’re talking a former Wimbledon finalist leveling up at the kitchen line, a mom living out of an RV on tour, and a woman who left her corporate NYC job to go all in on pickleball. 🔥

These women aren’t just playing the game — they’re shaping what it looks like, who it inspires, and where it’s going.

*Competitors being considered as those participating on @ppatour, @majorleaguepb, @officialapptour
