BOX YOUR HEART 🥊🩷

My second girls’ event is officially in the books, and WOW… my heart is so full!!! 🥹

The goal behind these events has always been simple: bring amazing women together, try something new, step outside our comfort zones, and create real connections. Watching everyone cheer each other on, laugh, sweat, and leave with new friendships was honestly the best part of the day.

Thank you to every girl who came out and made Box Your Heart such a success. Seeing strangers become friends is exactly why I started doing this. Thank you @rmblyvr for this opportunity and for coach @kealanb for showing us how to rumble! Also, a big shout out to our sponsors @prioritycandles , @yaletown_foxybox, @oyfroundhouse for spoiling the girlies with these amazing goodie bags. Your support means so much and helped make this event extra special! 🫶🏽

If you’ve been looking for a way to meet new people, build community, and experience fun activities with a great group of women, this is for you. 🫡

Would this be something you’d be interested in being part of?

Comment “I’M DOWN” below and I’ll add you to the list for future girls’ events! ✨ Show up for you.

🥊❤️ Rumble Country Hills, Thank You.

In 2019, we walked through these doors as clients. We were chefs and cooks looking for a healthier lifestyle, never realizing that one decision would change the course of our lives.

Rumble inspired us to become more. We studied, earned our Personal Fitness Trainer diplomas, and turned our passion for fitness into part of our purpose. Today, Russel proudly coaches where our journey began, while I continue to show up and fight for my health, one class at a time.

There were seasons when life got busy and there was a gap in our journey. But whenever I needed to start over, reset, or find my strength again, Rumble was always there. It became more than a gym—it became part of our story.

From 2019 to 2026, through every class, every coach, every member, every challenge, and every comeback, this community helped shape who we are today.

Thank you for the friendships, the encouragement, the inspiration, and the memories.

Once a client, always family. ❤️🥊
