A couple of days ago, Sean (@keanswon) and I released the second full length Yeah Baby (@yeahbabymusic) record titled, ‘Don’t Forget’. I produced this record. Trevor Spencer (@tre__michael) mixed and engineered the record and performed drums, bass guitar, and synthesizer throughout at his studio Way Out in Woodinville, Washington. Matt Barrick (@mattfbarrick) added some additional engineering and performed drums and percussion at his studio Silent Partner in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I also added some additional engineering throughout the record at a few non-studios in New York City and my apartment. Sean and I recorded most of the music except for some wonderful contributions from our friends Hanna White (@hannawhite___), Sheridan Riley (@sheridanevariley), Morgan Henderson (@11millionyearsago), Luke Bergman (@lukebergmanmusic), Julianna Barwick (@juliannabarwick), Melody English (@melody_english_), Charmaine Lee (@charmainelee), Hannah Epperson (@hannahbbepperson), Harry Smith (@harrysmithdrums), the Westerlies (@westerliesmusic), & a vocal sample from Hanna Benn (@hannabenn). The record was mastered by Christopher Colbert (@christophercolbert) at his studio National Freedom (@nationalfreedomstudio) in Cottage Grove, Oregon. The photo for album artwork is from the Robert Müller Archive (@robbymuller.archive) and the text is by Kei Saito (@theeternalteenager). It is available on streaming services and directly from us through Bandcamp. Thank you for listening.

In addition to the help of Trevor Spencer (@tre__michael) and Matt Barrick (@mattfbarrick) both performing the drums and engineering at their respective studios “Way Ou”t in Woodinville, WA and @silentpartnerrecording in Philadelphia, PA, Hanna White (@hannawhite___), Charmaine Lee (@charmainelee), Melody English (@melody_english_), and Julianna Barwick (@juliannabarwick) contributed vocals, and Morgan Henderson (@11millionyearsago) performed saxophone on the newest @yeahbabymusic track that we released on Tuesday earlier this week. Trevor mixed the record and this single at his studio and Christopher Colbert (@christophercolbert) mastered them at his studio @nationalfreedomstudio in Cottage Grove, OR. I produced all these things and contributed additional engineering throughout. These three singles have been released in anticipation of our forthcoming record ‘Don’t Forget’ that comes out next week. They are available on all streaming services and Bandcamp directly from us.

here is the last single from the upcoming record out today. i wrote "Split" nearly 10 year ago. here are some scenes from it's recording in 2022 and it's inception back in 2016. it was one that kind of got lost, but then was resurrected in the Fix Your Fate sessions. this one features @kernel.of.corn Sophie Meade's heavenly vocal stylings. Dan Howard @d_d_a_n_n_y on the drum kit effortlessly recreated the drum machine beat I used for the original. Nate Mendelsohn @marketetcetera along with engineering and producing this track, also laid down some very smooth and sultry sax and bass. the full record comes out in 10 days! Fix Your Fate out 6/8 on Cell Ray Records!

Last week @yeahbabymusic released a new single from our upcoming record ‘Don’t Forget’. The song is called “Two” and was recorded by Trevor Spencer (@tre__michael) at Way Out in Woodinville, WA, Matt Barrick (@mattfbarrick) at Silent Partner (@silentpartnerrecording) in Philadelphia, PA, and myself at a few places around NYC. It was produced by me, mixed by Trevor Spencer at Way Out, and mastered by Christopher Colbert (@christophercolbert) at National Freedom (@nationalfreedomstudio) in Cottage Grove, OR. Hanna White (@hannawhite___) contributed vocals, Sheridan Riley (@sheridanevariley) performed the drums, Trevor Spencer performed second bass, and The Westerlies (@westerliesmusic) arranged and recorded horns. Single artwork by Hannah Parsons (@hannahthing).

“Two” is the second single from our upcoming second album, ‘Don’t Forget’ — the song started with the idea of two guitars playing different chords from each other throughout the entirety of the song, resulting in one new sound. Our full second album ‘Don’t Forget’ will be released on June 12

“Two” has additional performances by Hanna White (@hannaawhiiite) on vocals, Sheridan Riley (@sheridanevariley) on drums, and The Westerlies (@westerliesmusic) on horns

Produced by Skyler Skjelset (@skjelset), mixed by Trevor Spencer (@tre__michael), and mastered by Christopher Colbert (@christophercolbert)

Cover art by Hannah Parsons (@hannahthing)
