✨ A NEW CHAPTER 🤍

I’m absolutely over the moon to announce that I’ll be based at @enhancebelfast 27th October! 🤍

This is such a full-circle moment for me, as just last year I completed my training at the Enhance Academy, and now I’ll be working alongside the loveliest bunch of girls!

I’m so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to welcome all my new and existing clients to the clinic.

I’m looking forward to getting settled in, getting stuck in and seeing you all there! 🥹✨

Here’s to new beginnings! 🤍

When summer comes… will you be glad you started?

Because it always comes around quicker than you think.

And the difference between feeling confident, comfortable and proud of yourself…
or wishing you started sooner…

comes down to what you do now.

The women you see here didn’t wait for the “perfect time”.

They didn’t do anything extreme.

They just made a decision, and kept showing up.

Week by week.

And that’s where the change happened.

✨ You still have time to feel different by summer… but not if you keep putting it off.

If you’ve been thinking about joining, this is your moment.

Showing the impact that a minimal amount of Tape Extensions can make to the front of the hair 🙌🏽

Stay tuned tuned to see the finished result 😮‍💨..

If you feel like this is something you would benefit from, don’t hesitate to message to arrange a consultation ❤️

Side note: I only like Tape Extensions for side fillers. Do not like them all over the hair 🙃😅

Member of the Month for February: @kearaxlafferty 🤍

Keara has been part of Do You for 3 years now, and honestly, this place wouldn’t be the same without her.

She’s the kind of person who walks into a room and instantly lifts it. The funniest one in the class. The one who says exactly what she’s thinking. The one who keeps it real, always.

But behind the laughs is someone who shows up.
Consistently.
Honestly.
Without pretending to be anything other than herself.

Three years of commitment. Three years of growth. Three years of being part of the heart of this community.

Keara, your energy is unmatched and your presence never goes unnoticed. We love your honesty, your humour, and the light you bring to every single session.

So proud to call you our February Member of the Month 🤍✨

One gym. One community. One message:
Your journey is personal, and your power is real.

Empowering. Girlhood. Life-changing. Unmatchable.
And finally — Unstoppable.

These words aren’t about the gym.
They’re about the women who walk into it.
Women rewriting their stories, showing up for themselves, and proving what’s possible when you’re surrounded by people who want to see you win.

If you’re ready to make 2026 the year you step into your own word?
We built something for you.
It’s called It’s Personal, and it’s officially live.

It’s Personal — and it’s officially live.

This campaign isn’t just about a new challenge… it’s about every woman who walks through these doors with her own story, her own goals, and her own reasons for starting.

You’ll see their faces.
You’ll hear their words.
And you’ll feel exactly why this programme is already changing the game for 2026.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this is your moment to step in.

It’s Personal. It’s live. It’s yours to claim.
