Our best flavor yet?! 🦅🫐

Eagleberry — AKA “Golf’s Forbidden Fruit” is COURSE RECORD’s first new flavor since dropping the OGs in 2024.

A rare blend of blackberry, huckleberry & green apple, “found far off the fairway” #mysticalvibes

Pre-orders are done. Early adopters are stocked. Early feedback suggests Eagleberry MIGHT be our best flavor yet 👀

KV agrees. Luc still digs Peach. But for active subscribers drinking these daily…diversity’s the spice of life 🤌

1 — NOW SHIPPING 🚛🌬️ Order Eagleberry now, mix n match with the classics, and everything ships next day.

2 — LIMITED TIME 🕔 Might have stock for Christmas. Might run out next month. Depends on how many pallets our largest distributor loads up. Grab it while it’s here. We’ve got no plans to make it again.

3 — SEND FEEDBACK 📣 #1 thing we want to know...how does Eagleberry compare to the classics — Lemon Lime, Blue Razz & Peach 🧐🥤

Better than birdie?

BRB...grabbing another! 🦅🫐

I have so many questions

1 for 1 at new flavor drops…I think? 🤔🏆

The consumer side of me is THRILLED.

Let’s remember I made this for me, to solve my own problems! I’ve upgraded from gas station energy drinks to a clean alternative. I crush 3 CR’s / day. And a new flavor is 🤌!

And the entrepreneur in me is pumped too.

Packaging, flavor, pre-order sales, retailer requests, customers who haven’t ordered in six months placing an Eagleberry order…

Qualitatively and quantitatively…this was decently dialed! 🏌️‍♂️

THINGS @drinkcourserecord DID RIGHT:

👍 Didn’t launch new products too early
👍 Launched a “limited time” product first to push FOMO + drop expectations if it sucks + we stop making it
👍 Looked at this as a short-term test, not a long-term commitment
👍 Tracking + testing a few metrics, not hundreds (tiny team problem)
👍 Made something @keaton_v & I legitimately wanted OURSELVES, instead of aiming to please all 🫶

THINGS @drinkcourserecord CAN DO BETTER:

👎 Have a launch strategy beyond some bullet points in Apple Notes
👎 Have a group of “influencers” and “content creators” lined up to receive product + pump social
👎 Take advantage of synergies (ex. merch drop a “collection” along with the flavor)
👎 Do more 💩 ahead of time (ex. prep Meta ad variants, pre-sell retailers, pre-onboard distributors) cuz LTO’s are a tight opportune window-of-time
👎 Start pre-sales ~5 weeks in advance instead of ~3, and consider an incentive for pre-orders (beyond “get it first” + FOMO)

TLDR: LTO’s are super worth doing. Don’t do them just cuz it sounds fun. Do them cuz of what you can test, learn, and dial-in for the next one.

Can we become a better, more valuable company in the eyes of our customer through the process of running LTO’s? 🤔💭

My feeling = yes

What’s EAGLEBERRY? And why? 🦅🫐

SHORT ANSWER:
It’s a flavor 😂

Blackberry + Huckleberry + Green Apple. Natural flavor extracts tested together until we found something deliciously dialed in 🤌

THE WHY:
COURSE RECORD is all-in on golf. Not just our flavor names and packaging — our function is built around staying hydrated, energized + focused for a 4–5 hour outdoor sport.

We’d rather make something particularly for somebody than generally for everybody ⛳

THE CAMO:
A nod to the golfers + outdoor people we see crushing CR everywhere from the course to fishing, hiking and long days outside 🎣🥾

THE FUN EXPLANATION:
Eagleberry is “Golf’s Forbidden Fruit” 🦅🫐 Legend has it, it grows deep in the rough and is usually discovered by golfers searching for errant tee shots. Somehow, their rounds have a tendency to turn around afterward 😌
