POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Recently, the family and I have revisited some Guitar Hero at home and I decided to leverage it during a few lessons, and man, it’s sooo awesome to see how engaged the kids are.

Not only is it engaging, they have no idea the rhythmic exercises they are executing to songs they have never heard before. They are seeing the color, and it goes from sight, to brain, to limbs; just like reading music!

So proud of these kids ❤️❤️

✨ Welcome to the world, Baby Nialani! ✨🤍

My business partner @desertdoula_az and I had the absolute honor of supporting this beautiful couple throughout their pregnancy and birth journey. Their family gifted them the incredible support of a doula, and we are so grateful they trusted us to be part of such a sacred and unforgettable experience.

Watching their love, strength, and excitement as they welcomed their baby was truly beautiful. Thank you for allowing us into your intimate moments, for trusting us with your story, and for letting us walk alongside you during one of life’s most precious journeys.

Every birth is unique. Every family deserves support, love, and someone in their corner. 🤍

Congratulations, beautiful family! Welcome Earthside, sweet baby Nialani. 🌸✨

What if your child’s greatest talent is just waiting to be discovered? 🎶

I truly believe every child can learn to play an instrument. Every student learns differently, and that’s exactly how I teach—with patience, encouragement, and lessons tailored to each individual.

This incredible young lady was diagnosed with Autism (Level 2), and I’m so grateful her parents trusted me to help her build a strong foundation in music. While I was away on vacation, she didn’t stop practicing. In fact, she wanted to practice unplugged, and when I came back, she absolutely rocked it! 🤘🎸

Watching her confidence, determination, and love for music grow has been nothing short of inspiring. Moments like these remind me why I do what I do. I have no doubt she’ll be rocking the stage one day, and I’ll be her biggest fan cheering her on every step of the way.

I offer personalized mobile music lessons, bringing the music right to your home so your child can learn in a familiar, comfortable environment. Whether they’re interested in guitar, drums, or discovering a new passion, I’m here to help them build confidence, develop their skills, and have fun along the way.

Every great musician starts with one lesson. Is your child ready? 🎵

📩 Send me a message today to schedule your first lesson!

☀️ Arizona’s heat is no joke, mamas! Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or caring for your little one, staying hydrated is one of the best ways to care for both yourself and your baby.

Keep a water bottle close by, add electrolytes or enjoy some refreshing coconut water, and don’t wait until you’re thirsty to drink. Your body is working hard, and it deserves the extra care. 💛

At @thebirthingpalmtree and @desertdoula_az , we’re here to remind you that taking care of yourself is taking care of your baby. Stay cool, stay safe, and stay hydrated! 🌴💧

Today, I met and had the privilege to jam with two new friends and they CRUSHED their first day. Safe to say we have a couple of musicians on our hands!

Being a busy doula means pouring my heart into supporting families, but I also know that to be the best for my clients, I have to take care of my own. Finding balance between births, family time, and self-care isn’t always easy, but it’s necessary! A well-rested, present, and happy doula is the best kind of doula. Here’s to honoring both my calling and my own well-being! ✨ REMEMBER hydrate, eat and rest ✨🤗🙏🏽
