On the Eve of the birth of my 8 pound baby, I want to remind you that no matter what, either coming or going on the path to enlightenment, you MUST ALWAYS chop wood and carry water.
Moving meditation is vital.
Thank you 🙏🏼 @keedmisten for your council, and thank you @marlis_tattoo for using your gifts to make my visions come to fruition.

She took my mother‘s handwriting from multiple sources to create her handwriting for my tattoos.
If you see me naked, I look like the dude from Momento now.
And by not pushing Water up River, I’m giving you this baby backwards, just like the movie 💯

@olddeevz on the Cutz 🙏🏼
Yours truly on everything else.

My Natropath friend in Newport, OR told me to stay hydrated, and that plain water was not enough. I need nutrients which have been stripped from filtered water. So I am following her directions ( sort of) and have started my own process on the boat - Fill up an empty elephant foot rum bottle (scrounged from a discard pile at the back of a restaurant on SouthWater Caye in Belize last year) with water run through a high quality filter installed on the boat’s kitchen sink. Then I add four mix-and-match herbal tea bags and let it steep in the sun. Then I pour half the ready to drink tea into my drinking water bottle and refill the elephant foot to the top again (to get every last drop of goodness out of the tea bags because I don’t like to waste anything) and let it steep again before starting over with four fresh tea bags. We don’t have ice on the boat, so I’m drinking it at room temperature, but enjoy the variety of tastes and can feel the nurturing goodness as it hydrated my body. It is HOT here in Guatemala! https://substack.com/@denisedempseytomczak/note/c-175276035?r=ip0xz&utm_medium=ios

❤︎🎶🎶🌚The fabulous Bootie Dance Costume Party in celebration of our favorite Erika❤︎ This is the 17th annual!!! A Witches and their Familiars bash. A Witchy wonderful time was had by all! Thank you @primaltones! Somehow I managed not to capture a single shot of our fearless Wizard @__.tylerspencer._. His invisibility cloak was strong. But lots of other fun captures. The spooktacular Alli Spencer kept us all hydrated and a little terrified throughout the evening. Shout out to DJ BJ ( Brian James) for keeping us dancing and Monster Mashing the night away. A most magical way to head into October ❤︎🍁🎃 @__.tylerspencer.__ @primaltones @keedmisten @lovespeek13
