“Love food that loves you back.”

Wow… so simply stated. When I started loving foods that love me back my entire world transformed. The way I look at things, how I enjoy things, what I feel, how I feel, what I give energy too, what I care about… the list goes on.

Some of my favorite foods that I love that love me back are from Purium. My body has never felt more capable of taking on environmental challenges than it has while consuming these foods. Consuming these foods has also helped me navigate what other foods to consume.

It’s all about awareness and clarity. With Purium I have been able to simply create an environment for my body where it can thrive and make better choices overall.

If you are looking for more foods to live that love you back, reach out and let’s have a discussion about your challenges and goals.

Much love 💚

This is why I choose to JERF… Just eat real food. It’s wild to think that we are living in a time where real food isn’t as readily available as the Franken-foods. Not to mention all of the proclaimed personal care and household cleaning products that are riddled with endocrine disrupters etc…

Keeping well may be as simple as eliminating most of what you have been conditioned to believe that you need.

I for one am very particular about what goes on and inside of my body as well as what is within my controllable environment. The thing is, there are so many toxins that surround us daily (in fact we are exposed to 700,000 per day) that a detox protocol is necessary for even the cleanest of lives… unless you live in the deep wilderness off grid. Which, if you are reading this now, that likely is not the case.

Once I was in a cloud so foggy and thick, there was zero awareness of this truth. My current perspective is one of compassion and understanding. I choose to join hands with those who are willing to shift. The challenge is very real, yet, the possibility of prevailing together is also achievable 🙏🏻

So it was my 2 year anniversary with my organic superfood biz on 8/31 and I’m so stoked to be even more dedicated than I was when I started. In fact I had no idea that I would be this passionate about what I share with the world and ultimately the self love that is experienced through this mission.

It was fun to watch some old videos and remember all I was growing through during those times. Self discovery, limiting beliefs, massive growth, optimizing my health and helping friends and fam do the same.

So many tasty creations and libations. What I love more than the variety of incredible nutritious foods is how much fun I have concocting different creations and sharing them 💚

Please know that this version of me didn’t happen overnight. Know that you can achieve better health in a very simple way. I’d love to share more with you 🤗

Oh hey… this is me… sharing about some major health shifts I chose to make in my life. If you are ready I am here to support you. It’s been a wild ride over here and I understand if you are scared. You can totally do this! Let’s swap stories and create a plan for success. Who knows, if you enjoy it as much as I did unexpectedly, I can also show you how to build your own wellness business 🙌🙌🙌

I love watching how uniquely we all move and express. Tap into your own dance medicine. It will help you release so much stagnate emotion 🫶

This is a live from earlier in the week however the zoom event I mention is weekly. The information about living one’s passion and on purpose is a message for all the days of the week 🫶

What is your passion?

Are you living on purpose?

Wrap your head around that one.

Think about what has been demonized and why?

This is usually because of distraction. Think about what you believe in and why?

Are you watching commercials? I remember studying journalism and mass communications. It’s actually what I got my degree in. I’m sharing with you that your thoughts may be something to think about. We do so much in this life without much question because it fits a certain normative.

Where is your heart in all of this. What does your intuition say. Are you being led astray or divinely guided? It can be hard to tell at times. I’ve been in both sides of the fence and it’s an interesting perspective I currently hold.

I invite you to start this process of reflection. I invite you to start with reading the labels on your food. Maybe look up a few of the ingredients and find out what you are actually eating.

If you think that has zero implications on your mind… I invite you to think again.

Just a thought 🫶

No matter what the day has in store one must continue to be a badass! What does that mean to me?… Well it means to make sure I nourish my body with organic superfoods for starters. I use to punish myself by eating shitty foods… It means put something on that makes me feel like myself. I live getting creative with my clothes. Artistic expression YO! It means love on myself and do affirmations. It means so many things.

What does being a badass mean to you?
