The Hot Room is officially open.
A private, precision-heated space designed for women who want results that land quickly—through focus, intention, and intelligent heat.

We will move in the sweet spot:
warm enough to soften resistance,
cool enough to build real strength,
precise enough to create fast, embodied change.

This isn’t a class.
It’s a micro-session: just you (or you + one) in a curated environment built for:

• deep mobility
• intentional strength
• nervous system recalibration
• accelerated progress toward your personal goals

When you remove the crowd, the noise, and the guesswork, your practice becomes something else—
effective, embodied, and undeniably yours.

Now booking for winter. If you’re ready for a different level of support,
DM HOT ROOM to reserve your session.

Show up.
Move with us.
Leave more grounded, more clear, and more you.

When the mornings get colder, movement gets smarter.

Warm Flow isn’t all about sweating—
it’s about easing your body back into itself.

Here’s why it matters right now:
• Heat softens tight muscles so you move with more ease
• Breath-led flow clears mental fog
• Movement resets your nervous system
• Strength work that supports posture + mobility
• You leave lighter, clearer, and better prepared for the rest of your week

Not because I’ve been missing the heat —
but because it keeps calling me back.

There’s a kind of transformation that only happens inside warmth…
where breath softens, instinct sharpens,
and you meet a deeper part of yourself you didn’t know you were ready for.

My teaching began in 2004 inside Baptiste Power Yoga — heat, breath, discipline, devotion.
Then came classical Hatha for steadiness, alignment-based Vinyasa for depth, and the precision of Anusara to refine the architecture of every pose.

Years later, I trained in Bikram — not to choose a side, but to feel the contrast.
The power of external heat.
The intelligence of alignment.
Two very different teachers with something sacred to offer.

When I opened Kali Yoga at Lake Oconee, I brought heat into the studio there.
And when East Beach Yoga opened in 2018, our space held that same warmth — a clarity, a cleansing, a sharpening that only happens when the body is held inside heat.

I’ve carried that love ever since.

Not as a trend.
Not as nostalgia.
As a calling.

So I’m bringing it back — intentionally, intimately, and in the way it was always meant to be:
small, focused, elevated, and completely attuned to the practice.

A room for two or three mats.
Drapes drawn.
Warmth rising.
A space where transformation feels personal again.

The Hot Room — quietly returning, because the work is asking for it.

✨ If you want first access to sessions, DM “HEAT.”

The ocean doesn’t rush.
It simply returns — again and again.
Each wave, a reminder that strength and softness can live in the same breath.

Beach yoga isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence.
Movement shaped by wind, sound, and sea.
A rhythm that’s real, alive, and always changing.

✨ East Beach Yoga — where practice meets the horizon.

✨ 9 AM Warm Flow: steady heat, deep breath, and grounded strength to start your day clear.
🔥 6:30 PM Power Flow: breath-fueled energy that builds endurance and leaves you lighter.

This season, come back to your rhythm — one class, one breath at a time.
