✨The Sober Curious Experience✨ is an 8-week experience co-lead by Amber Susa, Kerri Sheybani and Shauna Dermigny.

Tuesdays 7-8:30pm
September 13th – November 1st
Cost: $333

In this 8-week experience, we will dive into the book, Sober Curious by Ruby Warrington and take the journey.

“Sober Curious is a radical takedown of the myths that keep so many of us drinking. Inspiring, timely, and blame-free, Sober Curious is both conversation starter and handbook - essential information that empowers listeners to transform their relationship with alcohol so we can lead our most fulfilling lives.”

We will have authentic conversations where there is no judgment; explore our culture and the role alcohol plays in it; see what emotions may be brewing under the surface; and discover our true desires, hopes and dreams.

In addition to the community discussion and exploration, we will incorporate the healing modalities of yoga and breathwork, to better support those who may choose a sober lifestyle.

Mindful Yoga with Kerri

This class merges soulful music and gentle movement. Through yoga, and like-energy, we’ll awaken the inner notions of self-love, self-trust and self-awareness; leading us to a clearer and calmer being. (no previous experience necessary)

Following yoga, we’ll come together to listen to and speak from our hearts. We’ll practice active listening as we learn to hold space for one another.

Breathwork with Shauna

Release anxiety and emotional blocks, activate your intuition, and begin to breathe deeper. With Shauna’s guidance and a simple breathing technique accompanied by an intentional musical playlist, we will do just that. This breathwork session will be followed by journaling and discussion to integrate the healing. Leave with coping strategies to continue this healing work from home.
