@kandisteiner revealed the cover for HOT Mess a couple days ago & i am OBSESSEDDDDD🌵🌅

So what’s HOT Mess about? Picture America’s hottest reality dating show, set at a luxury desert hot springs resort. Birdie Keller is a buttoned-up New York lifestyle influencer who’s there to win. Cypress Briggs is a laid-back Northern California mechanic who’d rather wing it. They clash constantly, so when elimination looms, they strike a deal: stop fighting, start flirting, and give the cameras the love story they want. 😏 Fake dating, forced proximity, and the line between performance and real getting blurrier by the day... Kandi called fake dating her all-time favorite trope, and you can feel it.

Releasing June 8th, 2027!✨

Oh, & it also got an article by @people article🤭
SO COOL!

If there’s one thing Kandi does well, it’s yearning, emotional damage, and second-chance romance, and this book delivers all three!

I really liked Jasmine. She’s independent, strong-willed, and has spent years building a life for herself away from the heartbreak Tyler caused. That said, some of her choices didn’t always feel consistent with the fierce personality we were shown, and I found myself wishing she’d pushed back a little more. My biggest issue was that the chemistry between Jasmine and Tyler never fully clicked for me. Because they spend so much of the story avoiding each other, I felt like I missed some of the emotional connection that would have made their reunion even more impactful. More backstory and a Tyler POV would have gone a long way toward strengthening their relationship on the page.

Even so, I was completely invested and couldn’t stop turning the pages. I had to know how their story would end!

Thank you to @netgalley and @keeperton for the complimentary eArc!!

The Italian Obsession by @tlswanauthor is here 🤍

One word to describe this? HOT 🔥

This was such an incredible ride. I absolutely love a billionaire romance, and pairing it with a second chance trope was just sublime.

Enrico was a man living in two completely different worlds, balancing immense power and heavy secrets, while Olivia was the perfect ray of sunshine to cut through his darkness. I loved how he was equally bossy and grumpy, yet so incredibly sweet just for her. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this and am definitely looking forward to diving into more stories by the author.

Tropes
🤍 Holiday Fling
🤍 Billionaire/ Mafia Romance
🤍 Second Chance
🤍 Touch her & 💀

Huge thanks to @arndellbooks & @tlswanauthor for the arc and giving me the opportunity to participate as a Swan’s Society Member 🤍

QOTD: What is the last book you finished and what rating did you give it?
