A diamond doesn’t apologize for being forged under pressure.

Neither does she.

Happy Birthday to this beauty queen! 👑

Esmeralda came to me wanting to do a photoshoot to celebrate her birthday. When we got into why celebrating herself was important to her, I was blown away by her backstory!

Esme’s been through an incredible journey of weight loss, hard work and most importantly building self love. That’s putting it simply, anybody who’s been through a similar journey understands what a rollercoaster it is.

In a society that tells women how to look, how to act, how to BE, celebrating yourself is absolutely necessary!! 🩷🌸

Where do I start with such an amazing person!? Esme is my client and a dear friend. We’ve lived a lot of life over the past couple years and she’s grown more in the last 3 years than some people do in 10!
Shared a lot break throughs, break downs, a lot of pounds lost and a lot of mental gains!

You are constantly making me proud in your huge strides with both physical victories and mental victories.
Your strength and your beauty is more than skin deep. It has been a joy to watch you grow and come into your strength and confidence.
I’ll be cheering you on forever. Love you girl!
Happy birthday!!! 🎂🎉🍸 Your Coach and Friend!
Esme also recently won my 8 week transformation challenge, losing 20lbs in 8 weeks!!! 👏🏾🙌🏾 #birthdaygirl #birthdayqueen #queen #transformation #happybirthday #personaltraining #fitness #fit #betterwithage
