Ready to swap skate moves for line dances? 🛼

Isle of Skating is teaming up with Coach Fiz for a high-energy Line Dancing Workshop in Hackney! No dance experience needed—just bring your energy.

How it works:

✨ Off-Skates First: We’ll learn the choreography on solid ground with easy footwork, cha-chas, crossovers, and zero pressure.
✨ On-Skates (Optional): Once you’ve mastered the steps, lace up your roller skates and take the dance to wheels—or stay in your shoes!

⏰ When: Tuesday Oct 6 at 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Where: The Bridge Academy, Hackney (E2 8BA)
🚀Level: Beginner-friendly (On-skates portion requires basic balance & weight transfer)
🔥 LAST FEW SPOTS LEFT! Head to link in bio or tap the product on this post to grab yours before they’re gone! 👇

I don't know why these pics never made it onto the grid. No idea what we were creasing up about🤣 But anyway, better late than never. Was so good catching up with @keepitfiz at @northern.roll thank you for your kind words and encouragement as I find my skate feet again! Was lovely to witness how your journey has grown with teaching line dancing. ☺️ See you again soon I'm sure 🛼

What an amazing Rollerdance Festival! 🛼💫
A huge thank you to the creative Plan B team. You put together such a wonderful festival with so much love and attention to detail.
From sunset skating, workshops and roller disco to the BBQ ... everything was thought of!!! 🫠
I especially loved the self-designed stickers, the photo wall and the little bags of sweets. 🍬
All these thoughtful details made the festival truly special.
That’s what happens when creative minds come together with passion, heart and enthusiasm to create something amazing. ✨
I’m already looking forward to the next Plan B Festival! 🛼💚🩷

When line dance meets roller skating… this is what happens 🛼🔥

Fiz (@keepitfiz) brought Bring in the Katz to our Roller Skate Jam Academy, breaking down the routine, getting everyone locked into the rhythm and then bringing it all together

The group started off skates, learning the steps, timing and movement before having the option to take the routine onto wheels.

And that’s what made this workshop hit differently — you didn’t need to already know the dance. Fiz broke it down step-by-step, giving everyone the chance to learn, build confidence and add their own flavour to the routine.

By the end, the room was moving together 🔥

Big love to @keepitfiz for bringing the energy, patience and good vibes throughout the workshop.

And a huge thank you to @izzalime_events for sponsoring the session and supporting opportunities that bring people together through movement, creativity and community 💜

More than just skating 🛼
