MOMS - you're going to want to try this 😍

And you won't need multiple powders to mix together. Only one packet. There is no overpowering flavor, just a mango berry herbal flavor that you can even make mocktails with by adding any herbal tinctures, collagen, or whatever you'd like in. Some people have been using carbonated drinks like #Ollipop or Ginger ale for a little bubbly! Some have added a little lemon even (okay I need to try it all!) 😋

✨ Clean energy that helps you tackle the day, especially when you have ferrel children running around and need to get SOMETHING done and need a little natural boost... without affecting sleep if you have it in the after noon. This is because of the ashwagandha and low caffeine 🙌🏽

Unfortunately the cleaning product industry is practically unregulated (just like the beauty and supplement industries).

Conventional products often contain VOCs, phthalates, parabens, toxic foaming agents, and more that are harmful and totally unnecessary.

These ingredients have been linked to hormone disruption, thyroid issues, reproductive health issues, cancer, asthma, eczema and a multitude of other health issues.

Not to mention they're not great for the environment or our water supply.

Have you started making switches with your cleaners yet?

Here's a better way to support your immune system and HEAL (apart from physical food)...

(Since making this video we have definitely added more!)

Personally I like to focus on preventative methods, and utilize what biologically works best with our body's needs. Herbs, whole foods... Nothing that's synthetic usually.

Many OTC medications have a slew of unnecessary ingredients, including harmful fillers, dyes, preservatives, flavors of origins we do not know, and more that can actually slow down the healing process, or harm us in the long run. Many ingredients actually cause cancers, gut issues, And if you are a child or have a disease, it's even worse to use these types of products.

Did you also see recently that many cough medicines on the shelves are now proven to be ineffective, it's like a placebo effect?! Yikes! No wonder I never felt better besides getting sleep.

If you're like me and trying to do better with what we put into and onto our bodies, your nutritional products and medicine is a great place to start. You do not need much to be honest! I honestly have a few staples, and have a few extra items in mind to grab... but these all WORK for me and my family. I'm very thankful to have found these companies, where I've also partnered up and have met some of the greatest online friendships that I've ever had!

I do have personal affiliate links to most of what is here. There are deals often, so inquire before purchasing!...

👉🏼 I don't know about you...

but I felt like I could NEVER kick this darn acne.

From having it as a teen on my shiny forehead all the time... to being in my 20s working in restaurants and not taking very good care of my skin in ANY way. I would even get acne on my shoulders, my booty, the back of my arms had chicken skin. Then I would hate the not so smooth feeling, and picked sometimes. Yikes!

Sure, I washed my face after working most of the time if I didn't go out afterwards. I definitely used cheap yet apparently popular soaps and moisturizers that just said "oily/dry combo" ...and most likely was eating what we sold at my jobs since it was discounted or free, or I ate whatever was decided to drive through later.

😅 Oh my ...what a time!

Fast forward to me being over 30, had a child, he had severe bleeding/scabby eczema as an infant... I started looking into what I was told to slather onto him and was mortified. I looked into what I was eating since I was breastfeeding. Mortified.

That's how I felt! About the ingredients allowed in food, home care, body care . It's almost like someone wants us to have issues in life 😵 IYKYK

I soon learned how simple it really can be to just take care of ourselves without a humongous toxin load or excessive amount of products/supplements. Simple is all we need 👏🏼

If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines watching me for the past 9 months… THIS IS YOUR SIGN.

We are THE fastest growing direct to consumer company in their first year in the US, and have 20 years of high success in Europe. 💥

“The company recently celebrated its first year in the US and is on track to reach $100 million in sales revenue in its second year.” Our organization alone has seen 11,970% growth in clients, 4598% growth in consultants and 4566% growth in volume since last July. 🤯

I personally have never experienced this sort of growth and never seen this sort of results in people’s skin like I am with Oliveda. ✨

The resources I have available, the community that has been created, the unique, innovative and effective products I have to offer and the INSANE once in a lifetime business opportunity cannot be ignored.

I was scared and nervous to pivot when I did 9 months ago. But I can now say it was the best decision I have made. I have found something so special for myself, my team and my clients.

Come and do this with us and be a part of this incredible growth. We can’t wait to make waterless waves with you. 🫶

🐟 Did you know this?...
Marine collagen’s ability to be more easily absorbed by our bodies is thanks to its lower molecular weight and size, which allow the collagen to be absorbed at a higher level through the intestinal barrier into the bloodstream and carried throughout the body. This leads to collagen synthesis in the joint tissues, bones, skin dermis, and many other essential body systems. Marine collagen peptides have a very specific amino acid composition with a high concentration of glycine, hydroxyproline and proline. When fish collagen is ingested, hydroxyproline peptides are not completely digested to free amino acids and can be detected in the blood. These hydroxyproline peptides stimulate cells in the skin, joints and bones, and they lead to collagen synthesis through cell activation and growth. Since we don’t tend to eat the parts of the fish containing collagen (mainly skin and scales), supplementing with marine collagen is the next best thing.

Marine-derived #collagen has attracted more and more researchers because of its good biocompatibility and degradation properties. While there are still benefits associated with all animal collagen sources, marine collagen peptides are known to have the best absorption and bioavailability due to their smaller particle sizes compared to other animal collagens, making them antioxidant powerhouses. Bioavailability is highly important since it largely determines the efficacy of any nutrient you ingest. Marine collagen is absorbed up to 1.5 times more efficiently into the body and has superior bioavailability. Since it’s absorbed more efficiently and enters the bloodstream more quickly, it’s considered the best collagen source for medicinal purposes.

Hugh & Grace delivers single-ingredient pure marine collagen peptides from Japanese Cod complete with a Certificate of Analysis for each batch showing results for potential contaminants such as heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins, microbials, and other reports.
