It’s OYT Check-In Saturday!

You have to feel it to heal it and today so many of us are feeling it. Today marks seven years since we lost Lieutenant Brad Clark as he and his team drove straight into danger as many bunkered down in their homes during the storm that night. Brad was a protector and paid the ultimate sacrifice doing a job he was absolutely incredible at and died a warrior.

This post was hard to make. Becoming emotional in front of people use to seem like a weakness. I now know it is pure strength. I’ve realized how much I’ve been holding onto, how many events I’ve missed, how much I’m still holding onto and how important it is for this brain and heart to be in the right rooms with the right people to heal.
🇺🇸
Tonight I will not sit alone at a fire pit drinking, smoking a cigar and posting photos saying, “In my happy place!” Because my happy place is not alone and it’s not YOURS!

So, this evening come out @cotubrew Ashland, VA and join us from 6:30pm until 8:30pm, with a 7:30pm toast to Lt. Brad.

You don’t have to stay the entire time but make tonight the night you leave the isolation of a fire pit and get into a room with people who feel just like you feel. Come for the toast at 7:30p and feel it to heel it. I hope to see you there.

2025 Grass League has wrapped! 🏐🌱☀️ Thank you everyone for an awesome summer! What started as “outdoor open gyms” in 2022 with 2 courts, and then formally as Grass League in 2024 with 4 nets, we more than DOUBLED in 2025 going up to 9 nets!
