My father wanted me to pursue my dreams, but of course, at first, it was the one that was stable and easy to tell family and friends 🚀. But in the end, he told me to do what I wanted to do 🎭 🎥. And on what would have been his 81st birthday, I lived out one of my dreams, but also one of his—my grandfather made films and my dad always wanted to. Well, Daddy, I made a movie. With friends. With people I love. About a world needing more healing, more empathy, and more purpose, and leaves us with hope. I hope you, my friends, see it and feel it and are moved to action in your own way. Enjoy pics from the last few years. Link in my Linktrees in bio for tix! Most photos by @lyrred; last one by @johndierre @blackmanfilmsllc
