⚡️SUNDAY 15.4.2018⚡️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I woke up this morning feeling wonderful. Had a great time with friends playing football ⚽️ and boxing 🥊 yesterday, went out for lunch with family and then had a couple of drinks🍸to finish off the day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sometimes when we’re so much into work we forget how important it is to maintain a balance between work and social.. Having a strong, relaxed and healthy mind is the key to living a happy and prosperous life. You should always treat your body as a temple and your mind as a garden. You reap what you sow, no? 🌴 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One of the most important lessons in life you should learn is that you are the most important person in your life. 💫 Take care of yourself, do what makes you happy and let others do what makes them happy. Mind your own business and don’t let negative thoughts 💭 enter your head. Either the day runs you, or you run the day, right? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Apart from that, just be yourself! I see so many people pretending to be something they’re not on social media and for what? To impress others? Why? 💁🏻‍♂️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The last time I checked you and I weren’t given the blessing of life to live by the rules of others and please them? So why do you care so much about what people think of you? 🤷🏻‍♂️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ By being yourself and improving daily some people will love you and some will hate, that’s just how life goes; But at least you’ll go to sleep 💤 happy 😊 knowing that there are people out there who love ❤️ you for who you truly are. ⚡️MONDAY 9.4.2018⚡️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s the start of a new week; Therefore the start of new opportunities, experiences and ideas.💡 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re dealing with a clouded mind, or overthinking, keep on reading. I used to overthink everything and this is how I solved it. 💭 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In the past, I tried to “push” or force out all of the thoughts and voices out of my mind, it was driving me crazy. 🤯 That would work for sometime, but they’d come back worse than ever... Then someone close to me taught me something, and now I’m going to teach you. 🐲 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✖️Stop thinking, start feeling! Try to be present in the moment and fully aware of your conciousness. Relax and look around you. What do you hear? What do you see? How do you feel? Most of the time you’ll actually realize you feel great and there’s nothing to worry about, promise yourself that you’ve got everything under control. 🤗 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✖️Stop dwelling on the past and thinking about the future so much. If you’ve made mistakes, forgive yourself. If someone hurt you, forgive them. Focus on what’s happening NOW. NOW is the only time you can take action. 😝 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✖️The last (for now) and my favorite tip... Stop caring so fucking much about everything. Just focus on you and keep moving forward, that’s the best thing you can do. 😌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I hope some of this helped you out! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Other than that, what are your goals for this week?
