FIRST OF AUTUMNS BITE

Saturdays @nolimit.bike group rides was out to Ware in Essex so we arranged to meet at @hub.velo (gone not forgotten)
Though while the sun was doing its job the air had an uncomfortable chill which didn't appear to put off many cyclists taking to the road in their various groups.

The ride was what needed especially after discovering im 100kgs now 😅 its not major but just makes usual cardio a little more taxing.

So amped was i that when I saw the @maap.lab.london guys on way back i thought its a great chance to check out the store... via @runlimited.ldn new coal drops yard location.
Thats where I bumped into Morpheus aka @microdoserunning for some words of wisdom.

The MAAP store is pretty swish and if youre a fan of their creations you'll definitely love it.

Yes I couldn't be bothered to ride home... sue me.

Another year flew by. Still not wiser but definitely enjoying life.

It was another great year. Of course, there were some challenges along the way, but they made me stronger and taught me a lot. And there was also plenty of cycling with lovely friends, lots of cuddles from all the cats, and beautiful hikes in the mountains.

Let’s see what 37 will bring!

Here’s what’s on at The Lion’s Den this week!

We’ve got events and activities ranging from an alcohol-free cheese and wine night, some salsa, social paddleboarding and plenty of time to unwind together.

A quick heads-up: we’re closing at 3pm on Tuesday for our staff evening.

Coming solo, with a partner or with a group? You’re always welcome here.
