A week ago, I attended the launch of SERHANT. Denver and a conference put on by my friends and colleagues at SERHANT. I don’t attend many conferences, but the opportunity to sit in a room full of high-level agents from around the world, celebrate the continued success of my friend, Ryan Serhant, and learn from some of the best minds in the industry was reason to make the trip. The best part? Connecting with agents that I hadn’t seen in years and meeting some incredible new friends who will be exceptional referral partners in the future. Special thanks and shout out to @jennlittlefield702 who just closed a sale with my dear client who moved from Seattle to Las Vegas. She was a ROCK STAR! Thankful for collaboration across brokerages, without ego, and friendships that span coast to coast!

3500 Coral Way, 1404, Miami, FL • $380,000 – Best value between Coral Gables & Brickell. Perfect for a pied a terre, or for students, first-time homebuyers, and downsizers. Fourteen floors above The Coral Way Corridor, this two-bedroom, two-bath residence at Coral Way Plaza pairs expansive Coral Gables views with one of the most connected locations in central Miami. The split floor plan offers two ensuite bedrooms, a brand-new A/C, and two assigned covered parking spaces--a meaningful distinction, as not every two-bedroom residence in the building has two. Rooted in Miami across generations, Kefryn Block Reese approaches real estate with a perspective shaped as much by lived experience as by professional training. A third-generation industry professional, Reese grew up around the language of development and property, then built her own path before entering the industry full time. Before real estate, she spent a decade at the University of Miami and worked as a Spanish translator, experiences that sharpened her research and communication skills. Reese was named a 2026 Rising Star at her brokerage, SERHANT. She specializes in properties in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami and the Miami neighborhoods of The Roads, Shenandoah and Silver Bluff. Equally comfortable with local and international clients, she combines Miami roots with a global perspective shaped by living in Spain, Venezuela and Argentina. A few moments from the Rising Stars event in New York. ✨ Grateful for the opportunity to spend time learning from some of the best in the business — Ryan Serhant, Ryan Coyne, Talia McKinney, Jack Richardson, and the entire @serhant. team and @sellit Every conversation, piece of advice, and shared experience was a reminder that growth comes from staying curious, staying coachable, and surrounding yourself with people who are operating at the highest level. Feeling inspired, humbled, and excited to bring these lessons back home and implement them into our business. P.S. My last picture is definitely my favorite 😂 #SERHANT #RisingStars #RealEstateLife #NewYorkCity #RealEstateAgent GrowthMindset LevelUp

✨Just a girl aiming for $1m GCI like her life depends on it✨ . SERHANT.’s first ever Rising Star Day was full of planning, strategy, killer agents and goals. It was also a day of realizing just how far I’ve come in 4.5 short years + where I plan to go next. I can’t thank my clients, followers, family & dog sitter(s) enough. Also wouldn’t be a complete trip to NYC without great food 💃 . . #serhant #risingstar #justagirl #buythebeachhouse

A night that marked the beginning of something big ✨🌃 Celebrating the official launch of SERHANT. in Massachusetts; surrounded by sharp minds, great energy, and a room full of people ready to raise the standard of real estate in this market. Grateful to be part of a brand that doesn’t just enter a city, but shows up with purpose. “Most brokerages are built to protect what worked yesterday. We’re building one designed for what’s coming tomorrow.” . . #Serhant #Boston #SERHANTMassachusetts
