More great light at the Horta track today... no filter, and a smashed up iPhone 6! Surrounded by hills, views of the sea, amazing light - why don’t more people use the Velódrom Horta?? It’s awesome! • #velodromhorta #trackcycling #barcelonacycling #pistabcn #bicidepista

The Horta track and @barcelonapista riders were looking amazing in the afternoon light today. Thanks to @keirapperley for setting up the opportunity to meet and train with them. I’m excited to work together to build a programme for hard-to-reach kids from struggling boroughs in London and Barcelona, and refugees in both places. Met @keirapperley at the front of the #gironagranfondo yesterday. Turns out we have a common interest in the interface between refugee work and sport, and a friend in common in London. And we unwittingly seem to have come back first in the 125km option of the sportive! #doublebonus • #cyclingtrainingcamp #cyclingtravel #cyclinglife #cyclingnutrition #cyclinggirona #bicigirona #gironatourism #visitgirona #costabrava #costabravatourism #outsideisfree #bikefriendly #bikefriendlyhotels
