POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hi! I wanted to get in touch on behalf of @gnarcytribe. We've got some awesome jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the best match to rock our latest collection of tough accessories!

If you're up for it, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – totally FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcytribe (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

Great Day, my IG Fitastic Family!!
#ListenUp

It takes a lot of work to make something seem effortless.
A message worth paying attention to:
🔹
Weekly I get asked “How long you been working out for?” Quickly, unintentionally, I respond “It’s Training”. There’s a difference. Not to be rude, but correct. The duration of the commitment is irrelevant; we know results aren’t instantaneous or automatic.
🔹
As I’m entered my 42nd year of existence, I’m grateful to reflect on the fact that I’ve been Training, serving my body well, for well over half my life. Physiologically self-providing.
This is the path I chose.
🔹
The path I continue to choose and fortunate enough to teach others that are willing to put in the effort to live their healthiest and strongest lives, physically and mentally.
🔹
People need to stop acting like they LIVE LIFE TWICE, and start putting their daily health as a priority.
🔹
Yes, it’s painful to wake up early.
Yes, it’s painful to commit to the gym when there’s other shit you can be doing.
Yes, it’s painful to put your body through the necessary tension in order to create REAL change.
🔹
But on the other hand it’s painful to sit on the couch for hours watching TV, wishing you were more fit and wondering why you’re so tired.
Yes, It’s painful to pound down greasy and sugary foods religiously, leading to heart disease and diabetes in the future.
Yes, it’s painful to sit in your driveway drinking a case of beer with your neighbors and complaining how crappy your life is...
🔹
You become your habits, no matter how painful; PICK YOUR PAIN
🔹
It takes a lot of work to make something seem effortless

Make it a Great Day, worth repeating!

There are many things you can’t control, but you can control the things that really matter:
Your #MIND , Your #ACTIONS , Your #ATTITUDE

External forces have very little to do with your current circumstances. Your Attitude will draw into your life the resources in which you deserve.
Now go do with what has been delivered to you manifested by your attitude.

Don’t like your situation? Change your attitude! Attitudes are contagious... 🐳 inspired

We simply need to take a moment to reflect along the Journey.

Riding 64 miles today put me in a greater state of gratitude and purpose, having the ability to contribute for those in need.

Please consider supporting and contributing in our pledge of riding a total of 300 miles in September and raising $2,000 for pediatric ç*ñcër research!

False Starts are killing your progress to becoming your happier & healthier self:

IMO, Choosing exercises you really enjoy will propel your motivation and momentum to achieve more. Keep in mind, it’s always harder before it becomes easier.

We all have that exercise or cardio type we despise, what’s yours?? #Move #LoveWhatYouDo #ForwardProgress #LetsGO #Fitness #Fitastic #Cardio #Goals #Sustainable #FeelFitastic #Fitfam #RealTalk #Energized #Frustration #Abundance #FreeYourself #grateful #Tuesday #Truth #IMO

MOVE your MONDAY MINDSET into a direction of growth and accomplishment.

Release the excuses in your mind.

Surrender to what’s holding you back in fulfilling your healthier self, your better being.

What serves you is the action to satisfy your true intentions.

Action is the antidote to despair.

Make today a day worth repeating!
