My 26 week old nephew in the womb needs our prayers. He is the child of my wife’s little sister Sophia and her husband Tyler.

The doctors believe my sister-in-law will have a stillbirth in the next 3 weeks. They don’t have a definitive diagnosis. Their baby has a severe growth restriction, which slows down even more every time they check his growth. This is the reason they believe he will be stillborn.

He is currently much too small and underdeveloped to survive outside the womb. He had signs of a genetic disorder with his position and lack of movement.

Normally, a growth restriction is caused by placenta/umbilical cord issues or genetic disorders. In their case, they don’t know what the reason is. The specialist seems to believe that it is genetic but they won’t be certain until the baby is born.

Their baby boy is measuring around 18 weeks.

We are seeking a miracle through the intercession of Venerable Mother Maria Luisa Josefa of the Most Blessed Sacrament, also known as Mother Luisita. I had the privilege of visiting her USA convent recently in Alhambra, CA.

Mother Luisita is the founder of the Carmelite Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Los Angeles. She was married for 14 years and joined religious life after her husband passed away. They were unable to have children.

See the slides and prayer to Mother.

Please join us in praying for a miracle for my nephew!!

Thank you from the depths of my heart and God bless!

CORRECTION ISSUED:
Yesterday, on the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, Fr. Brent Bowman had a profound encounter at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church in Hopkins, MN during the school Mass. Fr. Brent is the chaplain of Chesterton Academy.

I was told today by a friend whose grandchildren attended the Mass that Fr. Brent witnessed the wine change to blood. Hence the title says "possible" Eucharistic miracle.

After I shared this reel, I was given an update that Fr. Brent did not see the consecrated wine change appearance or taste according to the pastor, Fr. Paul Haverstock.

Instead, Fr. Brent was given a particular grace by the Lord. He received "experiential knowledge of knowing on a deeper level that truly Christ's blood was shed for us and that its weight is profound" according to Fr. Paul. Hence Fr. Brent had difficulty lifting the chalice.

My apologies if the title is misleading-Instagram won’t let me revise it.

Regardless, it is true that a Miracle happens at every Mass. The Miracle of the Consecrated Host and Wine becoming the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Christ.

A different friend Mary Beth’s brother, Fr. James Brooks, once saw Jesus on the Cross when he celebrated his last Mass before dying of cancer. I shared that in an old post.

Never forget that the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass makes Calvary present in time. They are one single sacrifice.

May we never doubt that Jesus is truly present in the Holy Eucharist.

Would that we, too, shed tears over how much Jesus suffered for us, especially at Mass.

May we offer prayers and reparation for sins committed against God.

You can watch the entire Mass on YouTube at St. Gabriel the Archangel-Hopkins and you can see the updated statement from 9/15/2026 homily by Fr. Paul Haverstock.

Also, as of 9/16/2026, Fr. Brent Bowman released a statement for the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis explaining his experience further.
