June is Mental Health Month and I’m James a photographer and I want to use my photography to help spread a message on mental health. I’m doing a mental health silence photo challenge project and my goal is to get 700 faces I believe photography is a great to spread a message.
To participate just take a photo with duct tape over your mouth with a mental health word written on it and send me a photo through the dms and I’ll add you to the collages and I’ll post the collages. Let’s spread awareness and keep speaking up for mental health we are all in this together. 💚

Hi I’m James a photographer and I created a photo challenge project to help spread a message for men’s mental health awareness and I want to share my project. Thank you to all my brothers that took part in this mental health silence project I wanted to create something that can help spread a message through photography and I believe photography can speak a thousand words and I believe it can help people speak up that’s why I created this the tape over the mouth represents us being silenced and the word written on it represents how we feel inside. If any men want to participate in my project just take a photo with duct tape over your mouth with a mental health word written on it and DM me a photo and I’ll add you to the project and I will share your photo in a collage to help spread a message So please keep speaking up and don’t suffer in silence because you do matter and your mental health is important let’s keep spreading awareness on mental health and speak up more 🤐💚💚💚

Hi everyone and we reached 520 participates for my mental health silence photo challenge my goal was to create a project to spread a message for mental health I believe a photo can speak a thousand words and mental health is important issue that needs to be talked about and a lot of people suffer in silence and don’t speak out so that’s why I created this photo challenge to let others know they are not alone and thank you all for being a part of this project and next goal is to get 600 faces I can’t wait to bring it back and add more faces let’s keep spreading awareness on mental health 💚💚💚
