Saturday night in Brooklyn was EVERYTHING! We were thrilled to surprise Willow with concert tickets to her favorite band @jungle4eva . This was her first concert and she had the time of her life.

The energy was unreal and she was on her feet dancing the entire night!

And to @_willwest and all the amazing dancers from Jungle's acclaimed music videos, if you ever need a backup dancer, please connect with us😉💃🏾🫶🏾✨️🪩

What a game...after not beating Delbarton since 2022, the boys came together, fought hard, and got the job done!

So proud of my son and his teammates! Thank you to everyone who came out to support them...it means more than you know💙

What a game. What a win! 🏴‍☠️🏈🌊

First varsity win in the books for @theprepfootball. So proud of Kellen and his team for the work they're putting in. Big thanks to our family in NY for showing up and cheering on @kellen_6_rocket and his teammates. Nothing better than celebrating a win with the people you love. The season is just getting started🏴‍☠️🏈⚡️

Five states, countless laughs, meaningful conversations and memories I’ll cherish forever❤️

From watching his grandson’s varsity season opener in Baltimore, to taking my Dad and Lala to their first NFL game, to simply having time together as a family...this visit meant so much.

As the years go by, I realize even more how precious this time is. I’m incredibly grateful for everything my Dad does for me and my kids, and especially for the kind of present grandfather he is. Even living in Canada, he always makes the effort and that means more to me than he’ll ever know. I would also like to give a special thank you to Lala @1959jango for all that you do, not only for my Dad as his partner but for all of us❤️

The trip wasn’t perfect, but the memories we made were. And those are the moments I’ll hold onto forever.

Family time is the best time❤️

My Dad and Lala @1959jango landed and we wasted no time making our way to spend time with my brother and his family. Thank you Adam and @staceycapenos for your wonderful hospitality. It was so special having everyone together and watching the kids get to hang out and make memories.

So thankful for family, togetherness, and the moments we don’t take for granted✨

Caribana 2026...

Celebrating our Caribbean heritage, bringing the kids together, making memories, and spending time with our Canada and USA friends and family reminded us just how special these moments are.

Our dear friend EJ was deeply missed. We’ll always remember the amazing times we shared with him during Caribana weekend, especially the laughter, the memories, and the friendships that made those Caribana trips so special.

Life is a reminder not to take our friendships or the people we love for granted. Check on your friends, make the plans, show up, and cherish the time you have together. You never know which memories will become the ones you hold onto forever.

Grateful for our people, our culture, our friendships, and another weekend of memories together❤️

Tire Flips 🛞

We used tire flips all summer in the program, and the improvement from week to week was obvious.

Since the tire weight never changes, we progressed the challenge by increasing volume.

We started with 3 sets of 3-5 reps and built up to 5 sets of 3-5 reps. On the high end, some athletes were flipping the tire 25 times in a single workout.

Simple, hard work done consistently 💪💥
