WE MADE A MOVIE 🎥 🍿🫂

And yes I am really that excited about it :,)
So much thanks to @gabycomeback for always being such a supportive light and pleasure to work with. Sad we don’t get to have our weekly writing sessions for this anymore. Thanks for having me write along side you, and trusting me to direct when you’re on the screen. Had the time of my life and now I can’t wait for the next one.

Also a massive thank you to @faithnewman14 for being the absolute best and jumping in on this makeup! Couldn’t have pulled it off without you.

I love the Nashville film community, I love independent filmmaking, I love storytelling

Swipe to the end to see me and Gabe smiling at the monitor like proud parents

“It has been such a blessing to have an organization like ATX Artists step in and take care of so much of [production and funding] so we could just show up and focus on the music - and ultimately to have a set of beautiful recordings and videos to share.“
-Lauryn Gould, Austin-based Jazz Musician

This is the first release of a series of works titled
“The ATX Artists Live Sessions” — a collaborative project to provide local jazz musicians the opportunity to record professional audio and video at zero cost to the artists, sponsored and produced by ATX Artists for Social Impact.

And before you ask, YES, the artists own their masters!

“The Way You Look Tonight”
Music by Jerome Kern
Lyrics by Dorothy Fields
Recorded by @goldenhourheptet (Quartet) live at @kmfaclassical Draylen-Mason Music Studio

Grateful to have been an assistant producer, actress, and to have contributed some of my closet and my cat (lol) to the Made Clean film! I’ve been making my own little movies since I was a kid so it was so exciting to have been able to work on my first full length film. Thank you to Seth, Erik, and Alex for trusting me to be a part of this! And congratulations to all the cast and crew on their work on this project!!

That’s a wrap on @cinemacountrystudio first film. 🎬 We survived the early call times, the Tennessee heat, long car rides, unpredictable weather, and somehow made a movie. 😂 Met some of the coolest people along the way, and I already can’t wait to be back on set with y’all.
