So sad to be missing MONATIONS, one of my FAVORITE weekends of the year with people I LOVE and best Roomie ever @kelleyshaver1 l. A huge thanks for my T shirt from the incredible loving friend and the woman who I just had to jump with into this , @tamijojo1 !!! And my amazing fearless leaders @amyrickabaugh and @lindieramsey !! However, I am BOOKED & BLESSED to be a part of Frozen at The Phoenix Theatre Company! Hugs to all my Monat Gals! I am there in spirit while I rehearse what will be an incredible production.

Did you know that while most Americans spend less than an hour each day with family, they clock over 2.5 hours on social media? That stat is tough to shake—it really makes you think. When people ask me about adding Monat as a way to earn extra income, the most common hesitation I hear is, “I’m too busy.” But, here’s a perspective shift: we tend to make time for the things we prioritize. Imagine swapping “I don’t have time” with “It’s just not a priority for me right now.” We all juggle packed schedules—work, school, sports, family, household tasks—there’s never a “perfect” moment to start something new. But we still manage to find time for things like endless scrolling or streaming shows (hello Netlex!), which don’t actually give us anything back. Choosing to build this business means prioritizing something that can pay off financially and help reclaim your time - whether that’s for your family or to do the things you love, or even things you’ve always wanted to do! It all comes down to a shift in mindset: instead of “I don’t have time,” think, “I’m making this my priority so I can have more time freedom.” It’s possible, it takes dedication, and it’s absolutely worth it. #opportunity #additionalincome #workfromhome #workfromanywhere #workfromwifi #entrepreneur #timeismoney #maketimecount #mindsetshift #timefreedom #makeithappen

Sit with woman who inspire you to go after those big and scary dreams versus telling you all the reason it won’t work. Lean into conversations with woman where the dialogue is authentic and creates a genuine/energetic environment versus one that’s surface level. Find a seat at the table where woman have big vision and speak on the action steps to get there versus conversation being full of gossip. It’s the community and culture I never knew I needed much less thought even existed until I found it here. We’ve been through the highs and lows. The garbage and the roses together. One thing remains the same the unity here is unwavering. Here for all the growth 2024 has to offer! #unity #unwavering #monateffect #findyourtribe #healthyliving

What started out as a bottle of shampoo turned into a dream to help as many people along the way. Through all the fears, many doubts, failures, successes, trails and every feeling in between turned into something no man can do, except for the power of the Lord himself. Looking back at this past weekend and all the videos and pictures I can’t imagine where my life would be without all these amazing people. The friendships, the growth, the business, the memories. I am just so thankful everyday for all of this and thankful that he brought this into my life. This is something you are missing in your life. Sis I’m here to tell you, come, let’s be friends, let’s lock arms and to this together. #friendships #family #work #serveothers #business #destinflorida #kyletx #budatx #conroetx

I get it, there are a lot of options out there when it comes to starting a home based business … aka, making an income from your phone. So here are 6 of the many reasons why you want to link arms and run with us: 1. TIMING: the company is just 9 years old = ground level! You might say it’s “saturated” but I have news for you because of the algorithm is going to show you similar or the same things… it’s your FEED that is saturated. Go outside and ask 10 people if they’ve ever heard of it and I guarantee at least 7 say no 2. It’s a NECESSITY: we all wash our hair. Period. In times of budget cuts or even a global shutdown, people were still washing their hair. You’re not asking anyone to change anything they’re already doing … just to use something that’s better and healthier. 3. It’s CONSUMABLE: when it runs out, they need more. And thats where your residual income comes in. 70% of the company’s revenue comes from our happy customers and their repeat purchases. 4. No COMPETITION: there is not another haircare brand that can do what we do, anti-aging and penetrate all 3 layers of your hair. 😍 There is no other haircare company in the direct sales space. There a million oil companies, skincare companies, fitness companies, but here you have no competition. 5. the COMP PLAN: our company pays 3-5% more than any other company out there. Our smart start program is not only the most lucrative, it’s actually ACHIEVABLE, I know because I did it along with so many of my other friends. 🙌🏼 They give back $0.50 on every single $1 they earn. In 2020, when the world was shut down, the company grew 112% and did over $800m in sales. This year they paid out over $400m in commissions 👏🏼👏🏼 6. we’re FUN! I don’t think I need to explain this one 😝 I could honestly go on and on about the community, and the culture, the car program, the trip incentives and the fact that you can start your own GLOBAL BUSINESS from your phone for as little as $199 🤯 But I’ll let you marinate on those top 6… and now that I’ve answered why you should, you can ask yourself why you haven’t already 🚀 Comment or DM me BIZ to chat some more 💗
