Well, it’s official — my husband can have his space back in the barn for his cars. 😂

We have moved the Backwoods studio to Copper Dollar Ranch! It’s a little bittersweet saying goodbye to this space, but we’re so excited for this next chapter.

We’ll still be hosting the same pottery workshop experiences you’ve come to know and love, along with lots of new ways to create with us — including wheel classes, handbuilding classes, and the opportunity to become a Backwoods Society member and come create whenever you please.

And another exciting addition… the Backwoods Storefront!

The storefront will be open the first Friday and Saturday of every month, filled with handmade pottery, homewares, and other things we love.

Come see us TOMORROW from 11–4! Shop the storefront, tour our new studio, and see what we’ve been working so hard to create.

What a journey. ❤️

In 2024, I started hosting pottery workshops at Backwoods Farm, never really knowing where this little idea might lead. And now, I’m packing up my studio and moving Backwoods Farm to become part of a much bigger story at @thecopperdollarranch

To every single person who came to a workshop, sat around my tables, played in the clay, shared a glass of wine, laughed with friends and supported this dream — thank you. I truly would not be where I am today without you. You have made this journey more fun than I ever could have imagined.

And I’m so thankful for @jacquiemakes @kellibob7 and @liliana_bauman for being part of my team, believing in what I’m building and supporting me along the way. I can’t wait for what we get to create together in this next chapter.

And now… it’s almost time.

Thank you for wearing our pieces, gifting them, sharing the impact they’ve made, and making them part of your everyday.

3rd annual couples golf trip was a big success! We headed north to Gavin’s Point in Yankton, SD this year, and wow, the courses in that area were a surprise… so beautiful!! 🪺
We had so much fun! Already looking forward to our next destination… maybe I’ll make some birdies!🏌🏻‍♀️

A birthday celebration filled with clay, laughter, wine, and good conversation. Smaller private workshops feel extra special — a slow evening spent creating memories together one piece at a time.

Happy 21st birthday ❤️🎂 @addygleckler

Pottery studio takeover ✨

@abackwoodsfarm studio takeover @kennedispotteryshop and we had the best time. We joined Kennedi’s wheel class and judging by our faces… I’d say it’s pretty obvious how much fun we had 🤎

We may have a few fun collab ideas up our sleeve with kennedi, so stay tuned… 👀
