One truth I keep coming back to:

If it’s not good, God’s not done.

Romans 8:28 doesn’t mean everything we walk through is good. It means God is still working—even in the broken places.

That’s the heart of True North: finding Jesus in the broken places, learning to recognize His voice, staying close to Him, and trusting Him with the unfinished parts of our story.

Don’t mistake the middle of your story for the end. God is still working. 🤍

💔 “Riley, I have no one I can talk to.” ❤️‍🩹

A pastor said those words to me recently. They’ve stayed with me.

Pastors pray for us, teach us, and walk with us through some of life’s hardest moments. They need encouragement and someone they can trust, too. 🙏

⛪ Church family, this week, tell your pastor:
“I love you. I appreciate you. I’m standing with you.”

🙏 Pray for them by name.
🤝 Offer practical help.
🎁 Bless them with a gift or a handwritten note.

Pastor, you can be called by God and still get tired. Reach out to a trusted friend, mentor, counselor, or support group. Be honest about how you’re doing. If you need someone to talk to, reach out to me. I’d be honored to listen.

Just as Aaron and Hur helped hold up Moses’ hands, we can help strengthen those who lead us. 🙌

There is a difference between surviving what happened to you and allowing God to completely transform what happened to you.

I sat down on The Kellie Show and shared pieces of my story, the pain, the battles, the places God had to heal, and how He taught me that my history did not get to determine my identity.

I am not called to live as a victim of what I survived. I am called to walk as a victor in Him.

Your past may explain some of the scars, but it does not have the authority to write the rest of your story. God can take the very thing the enemy intended to destroy you with and use it as evidence of His redemption, His faithfulness, and His power.
