Today we recognize how much we have to be thankful for, and much of that starts with our awesome community in Moorhead, MN. We wouldn’t be where we are without the support of all of you! Thank you for believing in us, believing in your kids, and believing we are better when we work together to #breaktheice on mental health. If you or a loved one is needing support today, please text 741741 or call 988. If you are local to Fargo/Moorhead, 211 is also available for assistance within the area. You matter today, tomorrow, and always. Thank you for being part of our story.

Yesterday I watched over 100 golfers take part in a 9 hole tournament to raise awareness for mental health. I listened to conversations that were real and honest and brought tears to my eyes. I saw firsthand the importance of cultivating a community that is proactive in its efforts to raise awareness about the prevalence of mental health. I watched dads hug their daughters, moms cheer on their sons, friends take a day off of work to come on out, and kids smiling from ear to ear. It was a really great day. People say to surround yourself with people who support you, who believe in you, and who push you to be the best version of yourself - these ladies, my parents, and this community, continue to do just that. Thank you is not and never will be enough to express my gratitude for everything M3 has become and all that yesterday was. 🤍 ~M3 logo created by @karaleecreative

We are incredibly honored to announce that R.D. Offutt Company matched the dollars from the Offutt Family Foundation, to award M3/MYHA with a generous grant. We are so excited for our next steps, our impact that can continue to be made, and the progression in the community surrounding mental health and its conversation. • The Community Builder program launched in 2015 as a way to support charitable organizations and nonprofits in communities across the RDO footprint. • The Community Builder program is an effort from the Offutt Family Foundation, supported by R.D. Offutt Company. • This year’s Community Builder effort was exclusively focused on supporting mental health nonprofits, specifically those addressing youth depression, anxiety and suicide prevention • All RDO team members were encouraged to apply for a Community Builder grant to support an organization that mattered to them. • R.D. Offutt Company matched the dollars from the Offutt Family Foundation. In total, 32 grants were awarded and a total of $324,000. • Our communities are key stakeholders of R.D. Offutt Company; the Community Builder program speaks to our commitment to each local community where our team members live and work. • Since 2015, through the Community Builder program, the Offutt Family Foundation has awarded $1.22 million in grants to nonprofits and causes that RDO team members are passionate about.

Sports Families can be for a season or indefinite. We are honored to call the Gast Family (pictured with R. Tufte) friends of ours. They are role models, mentors and such a positive light for the game of hockey. As billets, they're sharing the many teams their BIG kids have played for. We also can't get over how cute it is!!!
