Another great weekend in the books. 🔥 27 certifications this year, hundreds of new coaches, and 30 new facilities adopting the Parisi system. For over 30 years, we’ve focused on developing a proven training system that continues to evolve with the latest research and advancements in sports performance while also providing the business resources coaches need to build successful programs. The CSCS was the very first coaching certification I ever received (way back in the day...), so it was great to be able to give back to the organization and present an introduction to Myofascia Stretching and the ELDOA at their headquarters in Colorado Springs. Fun full circle moment and trip! 4/6 this weekend @ Virus Series 2 68Kg Snatch 106Kg C&J 174Kg total → +1Kg 3rd competition said and done😎 really happy with the work ive put in this year and where i got to with my first year of competitions! being that i had to qualify for this last one of the year for me and this being my first national level competition i was so excited to really see what i could do on stage. hitting a new comp total PR and then hitting a training PR in C&J felt amazing. Time to get back to the training blocks and work on some technique for the remainder of the year, might enter a local comp if one pops up close enough to me but we’ll see, anyways enjoy these clips of me from this past weekend!🏋🏻

What a weekend in Fort Worth - AO2! 🏋️ Grateful to referee for USA Weightlifting and especially grateful for the opportunity to coach two terrific athletes. @kelliselman Brightwell (pics coming..) went 4-for-6, finishing 19th and taking two great shots at lifetime PRs. Dr. @emboyichdc had a dream day — 6-for-6, three Gold Medals and 5 PRs! 🥇🥇🥇 There are few things I enjoy more than helping athletes feel prepared, focused and confident when it’s time to perform. What I love most about these monthly Chalk Talks is getting coaches together to share ideas, challenge each other, learn from one another, and ultimately get better. Tonight’s entire session was focused on plyometrics. We talked about progressions. We talked about volume. We talked about owning positions, absorbing force, redirecting force, producing force, reacting, and everything in between. One topic. A lot of great conversation. A room full of coaches willing to learn and get better. That’s what these Chalk Talks are all about. Learn. Share. Challenge. Get better. Already looking forward to the next one. 💪

Semi finals run against @ryohei.real.ninja ‼️ This win sent me to the finals to race @luke_smash28 which was a bit of a chaotic race that I ended up winning. It was such an honor to be competing with these guys and im super happy to say I ended up in first overall becoming the world champion 🏆 Could not have done this without amazing coaches @glenn.da.albright @kelliselman and some amazing training partners all pushing me to get better. So grateful that God gave me this opportunity and looking forward to what comes next! @usaocr @ocrwc2026ireland

There’s something special about building something that didn’t exist before. 💛 Over the past several months, @amy.m.fox and I have poured our hearts into creating a brand-new education experience—one designed to help instructors teach with confidence, move with purpose, and create meaningful experiences for every participant they coach. Last week, we had the privilege of bringing that vision to life again in Santa Monica. What an incredible few days of learning, collaborating, laughing, testing ideas, refining movement, and continuing to build something we’re truly proud of. Being trusted to help create a new global education program from the ground up has been one of the most exciting, challenging, and rewarding experiences of my career. Every exercise, every cue, every conversation, every challenge, and every refinement has been fueled by one goal: creating an experience that helps instructors feel confident, capable, and inspired. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the amazing team at @corehandf and @nautilusstrength . This project has been a true team effort, and I’m thankful to work alongside talented people like @jamiesue37 who challenge one another, support one another, and share a passion for raising the bar in fitness education. Watching this program continue to evolve—and seeing instructors embrace it with such enthusiasm—makes every long day, every brainstorm, every revision, and every trip worth it. What an amazing experience. Having my family and friends and teammates come out and support me was such a humbling and outrageously cool experience for nationals. Thank you all for all of your support and love throughout the prep, training, dieting, anxiety, and conclusion of 2026 nationals. Weighed in at 77.75 kgs, snatched 121 kgs and clean and jerked 160 kgs, which won me the bronze medal 🥉 in C&J and 5th overall with a 281 kg total. I set my sights high and didn’t quite get to where I wanted to be. Am I happy to have won a medal at nationals? Of course. Did I want to do better than I did? Yes. Am I being a baby about it? You know it. I should be happy with where I placed, but I am monstrously hungry to do better in my next national meet and make all of the people that support me and help me proud. I promise I’ll do everything in my power to climb even higher in this awesome sport. Love getting together with other coaches to talk shop. Making connections. Learning from one another. Missing coach Tim in the pic. Thankful for these coaches to talk shop. Especial thankful for Coach @croughbar and working with him the last several weeks. Been great to be able to bounce ideas off talk through stuff and truly collaborate with him. Looking forward to continuing to grow this coaches meeting.
