Nine years ago today, I was a rock climber. Today, I’m a rock and roller 😉

Honestly, I woke up this morning and wouldn’t have remembered the date if my buddy @js_rolling hadn’t reminded me. #life

I usually mark this time of year with some kind of adventure. The last couple of years have been eaten up by quality, meaningful work— great things #lucky.

I intended to post 1 picture for every year but came across so many good ones. Thank to all my friends, adventure buddies, adversaries, and strangers for supporting and challenging me. #spinalcordinjury sucks—

Yet—no doubt— I haven’t slowed down much. And even better—- Today I’m a better human.
