Words we keep coming back to from Henri Matisse:

“I’ve always been bothered that I do not paint like everybody else.”

—

Good.

Stay bothered.

That edge where you don’t fit the mold?
That’s where your work starts breathing.

At Art & Soul, we’re not here to make you “better” at art.
We’re here to help you sound like yourself.

Celebrating Your Goddess Shadow is a women-only, outdoor immersive workshop—where body, sun, and shadow become the art.

Guided by Robin Wolfenden, you’ll move, reflect, and create using the cyanotype process—capturing your full-body shadow in deep Prussian blue.

This isn’t about hiding your shadow.
It’s about meeting it.
Letting it speak.
Letting it take form.

Through movement, journaling, and shared witnessing, the body becomes the brush, the sun becomes the collaborator, and your presence becomes the image.

You’ll leave with a life-size print—
a striking imprint of where you meet the world.
