Happy Monday Facebook Fit Fam! As we approach the final quarter of 2026 I can’t help but reminisce about playing football. Players would hold up 4 fingers as we switched end zones to defend! Holding those 4 fingers up was symbolic to dig deeper and finish stronger than we started! I challenge you personally and collectively to finish 2026 stronger than we started! Please let me know if you need any support or help on your fitness journey!

HOW CAN I HELP?

1. Sign up for personal sessions or classes.
2. Sign up for an online training program.
3. Sign up for accountability - emails, weigh-ins, measurements and a monthly consultation.
4. Off season or in season training for student athletes!

I am a huge believer in power in numbers! Together we are stronger! Let’s finish the year with a bang 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

PM for details and any questions about pricing!
