💜Grateful. For all of the messages and happy birthday wishes. For my beautiful friends who love me so well. For my husband who is my best friend and the best partner in this wild life. For a whole weekend of relaxing and fun. For another year, confidence in my own skin, the ups and downs and strength through it all. My work and wonderful clients ….
🥰The list goes on and on! Thank you for being a part of my life whether in person or through the internet. Here’s to 31! xo, your favorite nutritionist and movement instructor, Abby

🐳☀️Long weekend away recap. Such a fun trip with my girls! It was so lovely to see the beach in spite of the cold and rain; to have a break mentally and physically from teaching and constantly being “on;” and to spend time relaxing and just being. We got in the ocean one day to a cold plunge and it was FREEZING but felt so good. So much laughter and good conversations. I am grateful! I missed my boys and I am glad to be home, but it was so good for my soul.
🙃My body is still recovering from staying up til 2am most nights and drinking more alcohol than I have in a long time lol. But so worth it! Ready for this weekend with my boys and some time off with Rick coming up. Take those moments for you, friends! It’s important. xo, your favorite nutritionist and movement teacher, Abby

This is a beautiful example of how to support your musician friends. I just love you guys that show up time after time! There are SO many ways to support your favorite local musicians—showing up at a performance is one of the best!

Some other great, impactful ways to support are:
🎶 Sharing a musician’s page or posts
💬 Commenting and engaging with our content
📣 Telling others about us—word of mouth is gold
💸 Tips or Sponsoring as a business
💖 Simply reminding us that what we do matters

Every little thing adds fuel to the fire. Thank you for seeing me, cheering me on, and helping me shine my light. Y’all mean more than you know. ✨ #GratefulArtist #SupportLocalMusic #SoulFamily

#tgiw right?! Mastermind was at Alchemy #2, the Charlotte location. Yes, you see that latter came out! Because we don’t just talk about it, we be about it🤣 Today’s question- Who’s holding our latter as we’re climbing to the top? I just want to say thank you to all my latter holders! I am supported by so many and I’m feeling the pressure to expand, grow, and elevate because of it. Without you guys I wouldn’t have the privilege of pressure. Keep holding friends- big things are coming this year! #community #supportartists #supportlocalmusic #network #mindset #growth #success

@mudgirlrun and my badass friends and clients, thank you for an amazing, empowering experience today and saying yes to the crazy ideas I have!
💜I adored leading our team, cheering us all on, and being around such powerful, beautiful, BADASS women! Slipping and crawling through the mud, laughing, falling on our asses, war cries, supporting each other, and having a safe empowering community is what my heart lives for!
👏🏾Annual tradition for sure! If you’re here for it and want to join next year, let me know!
