Today I want to share some gratitude for all my training partners. As much as I can say I do this and love this, I don’t think I’d go nearly as hard or show up half as often if it wasn’t for yall. Whether I see you every other day, every week, every month or even less. You are the reason I can say “my favorite thing in the world is sweating with my friends” with confidence and honesty every time.

• @myreeeeeen and @xfacsox thank you for holding it down for sunrise and sunset runs, segments of long runs, and 90° track workouts. If Chicago and/or Malibu go well it’s all because of yall.

• @salu_gbla thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion with me in boxing, but also for going on so many of these running adventures with me. You’ve been there since I decided to go from “Yeah I’m a trainer and I workout” to “I’m going be an absolute animal” and I’m forever grateful for your consistent encouragement

@kellynancecota for being an amazing doubles partner and not getting mad at me when I yelled at you in NYC because it worked and we ended up getting 3rd for the day

@thore.tattoos and the rest of the squad not pictured for being my partner in hundreds of days worth of drills and so many laps to kreation and back. Also for dealing with me when I get the giggles or have boy problems.

• The fellas! Thank you to all these guys shown. I never feel othered or less than if I’m the only woman or use the women’s Hyrox weights instead of the men’s. I appreciate that you’ll push me no different than you push each other. I’m ever more grateful for those of you who listen to and accept my teaching and training as there are a lot of guys who’d not accept my advice simply because of my gender. I never want to be “one of the guys” simply a woman worthy of training hard as tall and accepted as that. I’m so grateful to find it.

• my dog but she doesn’t have a choice
