One of the best things you can do for yourself is surround yourself with people who inspire you to be better.

I want friends who lift heavier than me, push harder than me, and challenge me to reach beyond what I thought I could do.

Not because we’re competing against each other, but because growth is contagious.

Find people who raise your standards, celebrate your wins, and hold you accountable to your potential.

The best part is turning around and being that friend to someone else. 🖤

An absolutely gorgeous wedding! I’m so grateful to have been a part of it. The guests were all so incredible and had a blast helping me paint!

Big shoutout to my girl, @kellyshinen for traveling from Oregon to assist and grab some content! ❤️❤️❤️

A few moments from our Grand Opening this summer - and a reminder of why we created CC Studio in the first place.

We hope it feels good to be here, filled with genuine people who want to move and be around others that feel the same way.

Different ages. Different goals. Different starting points. All welcome here.

We’re proud of what this space has become, grateful for everyone who has helped shape it, and very excited for another season ahead.

See you soon ✌🏼

I absolutely hate wearing a bra! So uncomfortable.

It starts with a reaction they’ll never forget… 🤍

But this is so much more than a painting.

It’s reliving the vows, watching the canvas come to life throughout the day, loved ones wanting to help paint, guests stopping by to watch, ask questions, and become part of the experience. And at the end of the night? A one-of-a-kind piece of art that already holds so many memories.

A live wedding painting isn’t just something you take home—it’s part of the celebration itself.

If you’re looking for a wedding experience your guests will still be talking about long after the last dance, I’d love to paint your day. ✨

A special thank you to my beautiful friend Kelly who helped capture content!

You know when you have that one pup that is just so beyond special? I know, we love all our pets, but sometimes there’s that one that holds such a special place in our hearts and a part of us dies along with them. That was Clyde for his mama, @kellyshinen . And he really was such an incredible boy. I had the honor of knowing him from the start….little puppy Clyde ❤️. You will be missed, you will be forever loved….you made an impact on all our hearts. RIP sweet boy.

✨ Forever Bracelets for a Cause ✨

Yesterday, I had the joy of welding forever bracelets at Barre3—each one a symbol of connection, love, and support for our community. In partnership with the Oak Creek PTO, I donated 50% of all permanent bracelet sales to help save our school’s physical education program, ensuring our kids can keep moving, playing, and thriving next year.

Being part of this campaign alongside Oak Creek, Menchie’s, Fit Foods, and Barre3 fills me with gratitude. Every bracelet welded is a step toward a stronger, healthier future for our students.

Thank you to everyone who came by, shared a smile, and supported the cause. If you missed it, we will continue to give back and celebrate community together through the end of this month. 💛

Such a fun creative outlet to emcee the @oakcreekelementarypto “Gone Country” Auction last night. So proud of @kellyshinen, @kierarad, @anni_scott and @brookemattern for all their hard work! Our school community is so lucky to have these amazing leaders who care so much and give so tirelessly!
