KSD Recital 2026- This Is Us 🩷

15 years. It’s hard to put into words what this place means to me. KSD has been so much more than a dance studio; it has been my second home, my safe place, and the backdrop for some of the most meaningful memories of my life.
Being able to teach, encourage, and watch these girls grow into the dancers and young women they are becoming has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. Seeing their confidence shine a little brighter each year has brought me more joy than I could ever explain.
The people within these walls are what made this place so special. I am endlessly thankful for every teacher who invested in me, challenged me, believed in me, and helped shape me into who I am today.
A special thank you to Ms. Kelly for being such a constant source of love, guidance, and support throughout the past 15 years. Your impact on my life is something I will carry with me forever.
Thank you for making these past 15 years so unforgettable. While it’s hard to say goodbye, I’m thankful for every memory, every lesson, and every person who made this journey so special. Forever grateful for my second home.

Dear KSD

The past 8 years of my life have helped shape me into the girl I am today. Thank you KSD for giving me a second family, and a second home. Thank you girls for always being able to put a smile on my face when I felt like I couldn't. Thank you teachers for always pouring into me, and always pushing me to be better even when I felt like it wasn't possible. Thank you to my family and supporters who always cheered me on even if I felt like I didn't deserve it. Thank you to my fellow senior lizzy lou I couldn't imagine doing senior year with anyone else, not only did I get to dance alongside an amazing dancer, but also my bestfriend.

So thank you @kellysstudioofdance for everything. This place, these girls, and these teachers will always feel like home to me. Though next year I won't be dancing, I can't wait to come back as an alumni to help, and also get to see how KSD has worked in other girls lives.

truly had the best time sharing the stage again with my @kellysstudioofdance family 🥹 i’ve looked forward to an alumni dance since the moment i graduated and it was even sweeter than i ever imagined it would be! thank you to our KSD faculty for making this happen for us — i know we will all cherish it forever! ✨ let’s do it again in 5 years?!?!?! 🧑‍🩰🩰💃🏻🪩🤸
