✨ OPEN STAGE NIGHT 4.0 + FREESTYLE DANCE-OFF RECAP ✨

WE ARE STILL NOT OVER WHAT WENT DOWN ON AUGUST 30TH!! 😭🔥

Open Stage Night 4.0 was EVERYTHING!! A night packed with movement, expression, creativity, and a whole lotta SLAY!!

We had performers from all walks (and apparatuses) of life take over the PDM stage: trapeze, aerial hoop, flying pole, silks, swing dance, voguing, pole and so much more!🕺🏽💃🏽✨

And then… our FIRST EVER FREESTYLE DANCE-OFF!! 👀🔥

No choreography. No time to overthink. Just movers stepping onto the stage, listening, responding and creating conversations through movement! All in the moment, as they were challenged and perceived by our incredible judges @donnaholiwod @jaclynchooo @mimzzlee !

And to everyone who pulled up at our studio: whether you were there to cheer on your loved ones, support the performers/movers, or simply to witness the absolute SLAYATHON that unfolded… THANK YOU!!! 🫶

And of course, the biggest thank you to every single performer and mover who stepped onstage and gave us a night to remember. You made the magic happen! ❤️‍🔥

Take a bow, babes! You ATE !👏👏👏

Making our Pepprika debut! Pepper + paprika = mildly spicy, slightly smoky, and just enough kick. Tho this routine we created together is less spicy than our usual fare, plus we look more like sea salt here too. We clearly didn’t plan this debut properly 😂😂 Like and subscribe for our once-a-year collab ✌🏻✌🏻

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝘅.

For the first time ever, 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗦 comes to Viva Vertical’s studio.

A small, intimate space.
A handful of performers.
A room full of stories, ideas, movement, music and moments.

SHOTS is about giving artists a space to 𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 — and now, we're opening the doors for you to experience it with us.

Come see what happens when performers take their 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗧. ❤️

Throwback to last Saturday ✨
Rushed straight from work just to catch @jaclynchooo perform — and it was SO worth it! 😍
Laughed way too much at the comedy show, got completely blown away by the performances, and left feeling super inspired by my pole silk guru ✨🤍
Still recovering from the weekend... physically, mentally, and emotionally 🙈😂 but my heart is full! #boomboomroom #polesilk #polefam #polesisters
