I am so blessed to have this community that I do and the opportunity to get away for a weekend. I also praise God for the opportunity I had to share about my Chicago summer mission. On top of that, I spent this weekend learning about and worshiping God, being outside, having great fellowship, playing euchre and pulling all-nighters! TYJ for fall retreat 🙌🙌

This post is a little different than my usual photography ones, but this was too good to not share! I got to spend an amazing weekend with amazing people worshipping the Lord and seeing what it looks like to live life with Jesus! I am so thankful for all the intentional conversations, late nights having fun, meeting new friends who love Jesus too, growing closer to those I went with, and all the ways the Lord met me where I was at!💕

fall retreat 26’

A great weekend spent with the Lord and in fellowship! A weekend to be reminded of all the goodness of God and truths of the gospel. A time where I was truly able to rest in the Lord. A reminder that I am always worthy and have a seat at the table.

So grateful for this community. My cup is simply overflowing. This weekend was such a gift from God💕

Cru Daytona Spring Break and Mission Trip number ✌🏼 I am so grateful for this opportunity to share with people on the beaches of how Jesus is the only way of life and got to grow a closer relationship with him as well. Getting to meet so many gifted and talented people as well and making memories I will never forget. If you told me to go to Daytona Beach for Spring Break I probably would’ve said no but when the lord calls you he will send you with full protection and support. Daytona you have my heart for forever ✝️🌊🌞 #SPRINGBREAK #cru

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭121‬:‭1‬-‭8‬ “I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”

God is always doing something new and I can never express with words how grateful I am for all the wonderful people he has placed in my life.

Over these past few years since I began following Jesus, he has changed my life it ways I could never have dreamed possible, he has truly been faithful to me even in the moments I have failed to truly follow him as he has called me to. I’ve seen myself at the lowest moment and yet even while living so deeply in my sin Jesus still loved me and was not ashamed to call me his. I’ve watched as Jesus has continually shaped my life, changing things always for good and for his purpose and leading me in the way that leads to life everlasting. I’ve realized that following Jesus doesn’t mean that life is going to be smooth sailing, but that I’ll experience the opposite but yet even in that suffering I have a joy that is everlasting, that gives me hope, that gives me peace beyond understanding, and that gives me life. He has given me a life I could never have dreamed of and wonderful friends and family, brothers and sisters, that I can never thank him enough for.

“Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭41‬:‭13‬ ‭NIV‬‬

If you haven’t accepted Christ into your heart I pray that you consider it with all of your heart. Jesus will change you, he will restore you, and he will give you true everlasting peace.

God bless you all and thank you for being apart of my life in some way!
