So lucky to be surrounded by women who show up — when it’s easy and when it’s hard. The kind who lift each other up, make space for one another, and remind you that you’re never doing it alone.

Powerful things happen when women support women. Through the wins, the challenges, the chaos, and the growth — we show up for each other.

This is what it’s all about. Happy International Women’s Day 💞

Knowledge is power.

And when I was exhausted with zero stress resiliency and total overwhelm of what to do next (because I was doing “all the things”) this is the test that put everything into perspective for me.

Of course I had a nutrition background, but as I was sitting in the clients seat- hearing my results from my practitioner. I honestly felt whole body chills. Because I’ll say it - validation. It was everything to me at the time, and I knew I wanted to be able to offer this kind of support to others!

It gave me a deeper appreciation for my body and how it works so hard to keep me going. I was actually able to find compassion for myself instead of trying to biohack my way into more energy.

Now of course this is my personal experience. Take what you will.

In my practice I use HTMA as a piece of the puzzle, it’s not the WHOLE puzzle.

It’s a tool- a very underrated one. An understanding if you will.

Nervous system is everrrrrything. And so worth protecting.

Comment if you agree 💞
