the ogs !!!! people will tell us they admire the way we have kept our childhood friendships alive … it’s so easy with these ones but it’s also grace, shutting the heck up sometimes, seasons of being closer and further apart, and always showing up when we can.

sometimes i think people have gotten so good at "protecting their peace" that they forget real connection means giving the benefit of the doubt, sticking around when life gets busy, and making each other a priority

i’m so lucky to have so many special people in my life, but i can’t wait to be surrounded by these gals and celebrate hails with the OGs this weekend !!!!!

first marathon ✅ I’m so lucky to have all my best buddies cheering me on today 🥰❤️☀️

I decided to stop training to compete in lifting last summer, kinda crazy 14 months ago I hit a lifetime PR c&j and today I finished a sub 4 marathon. Pretty cool what you body can do with consistent training 💪🏽
