MI ➡️ AZ 🌵

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

31 started with my wife telling me to pack a bag and not asking too many questions.

She planned the whole weekend knowing Universal Studios was on my bucket list, and I’ll give credit where it’s due… she snapped.

AZ to LA, a lot of laughs, good memories, and time with my favorite person.

Blessed to see another year, grateful for this life, and even more grateful for the woman I get to share it with.

Here’s to making this year better than the last!

What my wife said.

We came to have fun… but we all brought the smoke 😂💨

We hit Activate and once that first game started, friendship went out the window for a minute. Everybody wanted the win.

That’s my type of environment though, move your body, challenge your mind, communicate as a team and COMPETE. Physical and mental.

Iron sharpens iron. ⚔️

I believe being around competitive people makes you better. People who push you, challenge you and refuse to let you coast. It doesn’t always have to be serious either. Sometimes growth looks like running around with your people, talking trash, solving problems and laughing the whole way through.

We competed against each other. We competed together. Either way, everybody got that work!

@activategames has officially become one of our top spots. Definitely running this one back.

Stay active. Stay sharp. Keep good people around you.

Make today better than yesterday 🫡

Movement isn’t always about how fast you’re going…. it’s about refusing to stay still.

Wake up.

Take care of myself.

Make sure my wife is good.

Handle what needs to be handled.

Get my miles in.

Clean myself up.

Keep it pushing.

I’m learning that a good life is built in the little things we choose to do consistently. Some days the win is the 5K. Some days it’s getting out of bed with the right mindset. Most days, it’s simply doing what needs to be done whether anybody is watching or not.

The goal isn’t to have every day figured out. It’s to keep giving myself something to build on.

Mind right. Body moving. Responsibilities handled.

Make today better than yesterday 🫡

Caught the light. She handled the rest 📸

Different route. Same goal. Better together. 🐾

You don’t need to have it all figured out, you just gotta keep showing up.

Every mile. Every day. Every decision counts.

Do something today that tomorrow’s you will thank you for.

The 5K continues.

No Dalmatian, but I come do it a 💯🐾

Growth taught me peace don’t always come from having more …. sometimes it comes from realizing you don’t need half the shit you thought you did.

Less explaining. Less forcing. Less proving. Less holding onto people, places, and versions of myself I already outgrew.

I learned every season doesn’t require a reaction. Some things deserve acceptance. Some deserve distance. & some don’t deserve access to you at all.

Life hit different when I stopped preparing for everything to go wrong and started appreciating everything God already made right.

These days, I’m protecting the peace I prayed for, loving the life we’re building, and moving like somebody who knows what it cost to get here.

I’ve survived enough cold seasons to know the weather always changes. So I don’t panic when the temperature drop.

Still growing. Still grateful. Still solid.

Nothing left to prove….a lot worth protecting. 🐾
